Actually I never got the order, even though I did get a shipping
announcement.

I placed my order on Dec. 16th and still haven’t received it. Today is Jan. 6th There is no tracking information and I have received no response to my inquiry. Thumbs down.

Paid for Express shipping it arrived later than expected but my family loved the plum wine. Will order from them again

We ordered a liquor that is unavailable in our area, and allowed plenty of time for it to arrive prior to Thanksgiving. We made sure to be home at all times on the day our package was scheduled to arrive, but it didin't arrive. I checked the carrier's website, and our shipment was show as both "lost in transit" and "delivered". I contacted the carrier the following day, and was advised to wait a few days, while they investigated. I waited 4 days, and contacted them again. They said they'd have Finewinehouse contact me. Finewinehouse did contact me, and said they'd find the package, and would get back to me. I continued to monitor the carrier's site, but saw no change in status. After a week, I contacted Finewinehouse, again. I told them we still had not received our order, and hadn't heard from anyone regarding its status. The man I spoke with apologized, said they'd file a loss claim against the carrier, and would send our order, via a different carrier. I told him that we'd hoped to have our item in time for Thanksgiving, and he promised we would. We got a shipping notice from UPS that same day, but with a delivery estimate for the Friday after Thanksgiving. We appreciated the effort to get our item to us in time, and we understand that there are shipping backlogs everywhere, so we figured we'd just make our special cocktails for Christmas instead of Thanksgiving. Then, to our delight, our package arrived on Wednesday! Just in time! Thank-you so much for making things right, cheerfully, and quickly. Oh! And the Toroni Amer made delicious Picon Punch! It was a hit with our guests!

We got exactly what we ordered, exactly on the date indicated by Fine Wine House. The bottles were shipped as safely as possible. The price was about 1/3 what it would cost at the winery. What more could you ask for?
