we had to call to find out about the…
we had to call to find out about the order, and my brother was told one of the cases was out. we had to make that effort, nothing from the company. after the call the two cases of wine was delivered promptly

Where is my order?
We ordered 2 cases of Pearson Bros.Saccharo Honey wine but have not yet received the shipment. This was ordered about 3 or 4 weeks ago. The order # is 30111639. We understand there is a problem at the
winery however the Wine House has not sent me an e-mail or phone
call as to what we can expect regarding this order. Please be in touch with me.

I was sent the wrong vintage of the…
I was sent the wrong vintage of the wine I ordered. When I called, the woman was apologetic for the error and gladly arranged to have the case of wine picked up and returned for a full refund (since they were out of the vintage I ordered). I wish their website had not shown the vintage as in stock in the first place, but the customer service after the error was excellent.

My order was sitting for 2 weeks before I was notified it wouldn’t ship until at least a month after I placed the order. Poor communication and not recommended.

Super prompt, friendly, and great customer service. Attempted delivery the very next day but I wasn’t home so I got it the day after but was not even expecting it that fast. Thanks! My guy loves the Hustler Vodka. It’s so special to him he doesn’t want to open it.
