Finleycrest Avis 

The sandals arrived on time and I like the red gladiator style. I was looking for sandals that were supportive and had a cushioned sole. These seemed to fit what I was looking for. The issue I have is the sole does have a bit of cushioning but overall the sole is very thin. Four hours is the maximum I can wear them and by then my feet are aching as they don’t provide enough support. These means they aren’t useful for daily wear. The images show a deeper sole.
I’ve given a 3 as I do like them and I can use them a bit but not what I was looking for.

They advertise as a UK company, received a dress I ordered, very poor quality. I have requested to return is and they have quoted £25-35 to return back to Asia.
These companies should not be allowed to trade under these false addresses.

There will only be the one time this company went wrong as I will never use them again.
The garment bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures on the Finleycrest ( the unlikely pseudo British name should have rung alarm bells) website.
The shorts appeared to be knee length, strong cotton and of a decent cut.
When they arrived, they turned out to be much shorter, made of cheap nylon material, with no label or care instructions attached. When I tried them on they were see through and not even fit to do the cleaning in.
They had taken ages to arrive, strange for a "London" company, but actually based in China.
When I applied for a refund, the best they could offer was 10% of the cost. Rather than pay to return them to China, I decided to accept this option, the princely sum of £4.00!
My advice is to avoid this lot at all costs. I feel as if I have been robbed.

Items were inferior quality - arrived poorly packaged with no paperwork and the easy returns within 30 days is a joke! Website has no mention of having to return to Asia at own expense - all contact details and online number are UK and cannot get through by phone! Took 5 e-mails to get a return address to Ivy in some basement in China.

I am gutted I did not check reviews before buying.
I've had a similar experience to everyone else.
They are not based in London as stated and sending items back seems nearly impossible.

I've wasted my money with them and they do not respond. I can see they don't respond to their reviews either.

THIER QUALITY IS DIABOLICAL, POOR, TRANSPARENT AND ITCHY. NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGES.
THIER RETURN POLICY, WHICH IS NOT STATED IN THIER REFUND POLICY, IS TO PAY THE RETURNS COST TO SEND BACK TO CHINA, INCLUDING TAXES.
THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME IN SEVERAL EMAILS, TO ACCEPT DISCOUNTS, THAT KEPT INCREASING IN EVERY EMAIL SENT. THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO DELAY SO MY REFUND WINDOW WOULD BECOME VOID.

It’s a shame I can’t give 0 stars. This company makes trying to return an item so difficult. I received a pair of backless sandals that looked like children’s, absolutely not an adult size 5. I have emailed, as is requested but they have not replied. So, I guess I can say goodbye to £35 and just thank my lucky stars it’s not expensive. Do not use!!

Outrageous that the wrong size shoes sent and I have to pay to return them. No offer of replacement or full refund. Do not buy anything from this company, customer service is not their priority

I unfortunately was duped and placed an order , only to receive a standard email stating that the item was unavailable. It then went on to state that I could have a credit for another item. No mention of a refund.
This company is contravening the Consumer Rights Act. It was registered last year ( 2025 ) in Companies House. Please report it to Trading Standards and also Companies House. It only has one Director who is no doubt siphoning off all the funds.

I feel very misled by the Emily based on London. This is a Chinese company and very poor quality Chinese fabrics and construction. A waste of money and v complex return process. AVOID

I ordered on the 28th of May. It’s now the 13th of June and the order hasn’t dispatched. I’ve been emailing regularly and so far, they’ve offered store credit. I’ve explained I only want a refund. I then received another email which explained the size I’d ordered wasn’t available, but the size they quoted in that email was NOT the size I ordered. It’s a mess.

Prior to making a purchase I checked the returns policy which states that the buyer pays for the return if item is not faulty. The registered address of the company on the website is London. No where on the website does it state that the returns address is in Asia and you are only told this once you request a return.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESES WEBSITES. I bought sandals from Finelycrest, on the website they looked nice. They arrived they looked nothing like the website. The website said they were based in London, no, they are based in China. In future I will be delve further into addresses.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Firstly, the website looks very pretty and the 'About Us' tab states this is a London based company. Its not! Its in Asia.
Secondly, the Return Policy is a load of garbage. We purchased an item for taking abroad with us but due to no progress being shown in shipping the item, we asked to cancel. No reply for days and then finally got a reply stating it had already been shipped. The postage label clearly shows this was not correct. We highlighted buyers protection under the Consumers Rights Act and Consumer Regulations Act but was still told we could return the item but would have to pay return postage to Asia (tracked postage being nearly £15).
Terrible experience. Reported to the Financial Ombudsman.

I ordered a dress for an event which was taking place 2 weeks later. The dress looked lovely on photographs and the website indicates delivery in 2-5 days. It took over 3 weeks for delivery and it arrived looking like a colourful ‘rag in a bag’.
I contacted to request return stating the item was too late and wasn’t suitable. The response was I can keep it and be refunded 10% cash back or keep it and have 50% credit to spend in store immediately or return and pay to send back to a ‘warehouse in Asia’ at my expense. I have no desire to get the rag out of the bag and certainly don’t want anymore! Terrible experience, beware as they make it impossible to return and products and not like the photos! Other cheaper overseas retailers sell better quality at a fraction of the price!

Absolutely shocking clothing . All from china , took weeks to arrive and when it did it was dreadful. Stay well away from these lot

The dress that I received bore no resemblance to the dress on the website. The dress I ordered was of a natural looking material with an intricate, muted palette of red-brown, orange and sage green and a William Morris type print. The dress I received is in a 197s nylon, bright pink and a pale mint green that is almost white. The pattern looks like a toddler drew it with crayons. It's like a nightie my Gran had in 1972!

Additionally, the address given on the website is in Covent Garden - the dress arrived from China!

Buyer Beware - do not use this site because it is a scam!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor quality products, which took over three weeks to arrive. The website may provide a UK address, but the products come from China.
Both dresses I ordered are completely see through, with very poor stitching. When I have requested a return, they have just attempted to offer me store credit and ‘allow’ me to keep the dresses. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received such proper quality items.
Avoid at all costs!
