Hi John,
I am sorry that you experienced a few delays with being able to place an order. Our lithium fire blankets have proved incredibly popular with customers and we just can't get them in quick enough. Trust me when I say we've found the shipping delays just as frustrating as you have, so it was a huge relief when we finally received the container!
However, I'm glad you were able to place an order in the end and your order was shipped the next working day.
If there's anything else we can help you with, please just let us know.
All the best,
Sophie
