Rich volcanic chocolate from an award-winning British bean-to-bar maker. Crafted using rare cocoa beans from remote volcanic island estates in the South Pacific and Oceania. The long finish, lingering taste, distinct depth and taste complexity of our chocolate is thanks to the uniquely nutrient-rich, porous volcanic soils on which our 'Firetrees' or cocoa trees grow. The cocoa beans are sourced directly from small, single-estate growers whose skill and expertise in harvesting, fermenting and solar-drying the beans ensures the exceptional taste notes of the cocoa begins its journey of development. Arriving in our facility in the heart of Cambridgeshire in the UK, our master Chocolate Maker oversees the ‘whole-bean’ roasting before the real art of conching and tempering can begin. The best chocolate there is
We both love the Firetree range and love to try all the different single estates.
However, I can’t understand why the Espresso Dark Chocolate is only available as 3 x 25g Tasting Bars in a gift pack at £6. A normal 70g bar is £3.75. Please reconsider and make it available as a 70g bar like the rest.

Volcanically-sensational chocolate
I adore this chocolate! It's so nice to be able to discern the different notes and aromas unique to each type of cocoa bean. I loved that my selection bars arrived very quickly and in beautifully marble-patterned wrappers. I'm not sure that the second internal wrapper, the one that covers the small bar itself is necessary, but that might just be me. I would definitely recommend Firetree for it's volcanically-sensational chocolate experience.
