I cannot recommend Theodore at First 2 Protect highly enough. From start to finish, he provided an outstanding level of service while preparing a comprehensive quotation for my Landlord Insurance and Rental Guarantee cover.
Theodore was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain every aspect of the policy in clear, straightforward terms, ensuring I fully understood the different options available and what they would mean for my circumstances. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was his excellent communication and follow-up. He kept me informed at every stage, promptly answered all of my questions, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to finding the most suitable cover rather than simply making a sale.

Great help, despite my being a total dummy with technology.
Despite my being a total dummy when attempting to use technology, (which I was unfortunately never taught) plus being paraplegic and unable to easily access mobile phones, (impossible to hold snd carry at all times), the agents I’ve dealt with today were incredibly patient and assured me how I can access all I need to know with a call. I particularly wish to thank Charlie Roe for his dealing with it. A great help indeed and charming and easy to speak with. Thanks Charlie!
