My family have been getting frames from Bob for many years and they have always been brilliant quality and look great even years on, standing the test of time! I recently took 3 pictures from my partners home city to get framed. These were important pictures for us. Bob listened to our vision and took on board all that we said to create the most beautiful frames. The turnaround was very quick from getting in touch to receiving the finished product. I’ve been going to Bob at First 4 Frames for few years now, I wouldn’t have gone back if he wasn’t good!
I like to hand finish my frames myself, so Bob provides me with fully built frames, which I then paint and put back together. This is my preference, but he’ll do what the customer wants!
And I reckon he’s the quickest framer I’ve ever been to !! Here’s to many more frames from Bob!

I had read the reviews on line as I wanted a photograph made larger and framed. I was expecting it to be a good experience. From the initial meeting with them the person made me feel that I was a nuisance and he was too busy for me, although there were no more customers there. I politely asked him if my request could be done and explained I was not very good at this sort of thing and would really appreciate his help. He was so rude to me and blatantly made me feel such an idiot. I really have not been made to feel like this in years and was really upset at his attitude. He was really unprofessional and totally lacked any understanding and made this known to me. I wish I had walked away but was so embarrassed and upset by the way he was with me. I thought he was maybe having an off day but when I went back to collect the photograph he was still the same way with me. The only positive thing I can say is the photo was good. I was going to ask him about doing my Granddaughters photo's but after this experience, totally changed me mind.

I recently got around 25 frames printed for my boxing club. The quality of the prints are of an extremely professional standard. The service was extremely fast for the size of the job I asked for and the prices were good. I would highly recommend using First4Frames.

I took several pictures in to be framed but only had a vague idea about the type of frame I wanted. I was given lots of advice about the best type of frame for my pictures, there was no hard sell and lots of honesty about the cost of frames, I liked that. I picked my frames and a few days later my pictures were ready for collection. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the framing and the short time it took to do them.
