Great communication
Great communication. Prompt telephone contact to collect details and give an immediate time slot (2 hours) for attendance. Asked for it to be as quick as possible. Another call to say they(Westbourne Motors) would be there in 25 minutes which they were. Resolved the problem without the need to recover vehicle. Excellent service.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Bought a car on Saturday and wouldn't start 2 days later, completely flat battery. Rung for help and 2 gentlemen came to my rescue. Really helpful and answered my questions and put me at ease.

I needed my car picking up from my home…
I needed my car picking up from my home address and taking into the garage for repair. The person I spoke to on the phone was efficient and really helpful, within 15 minutes I received a text with a time frame in which my car was collected. The driver who took my car showed up well within this time frame, also very helpful and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great job, picked up from Morrisons petrol station, erected bollards so all was safe loading car on lorry, very polite gentleman and thank you for a great recovery.

We bought a new car and within 4 days…
We bought a new car and within 4 days engine management light came on and we rang the garage who we purchased the car from and with in 60 mins first call was at our address and loaded the car onto a flat bed and took to the garage! Great service and put everyone’s mind at rest! Thank you

I had a problem with my car I called first call motor breakdown who helped me with recovery but the mechanic that turned up helped me with my problem and got my car running again so no need for recovery

Had a bad puncture witch the repair and inflate kit could not repair. Called breakdown company who came out within the hour and took me and the car to get the tyre replaced. First class service lovely chap. Polite and new his job could not fault it. Well done 👏

Called breakdown when my son had a flat…
Called breakdown when my son had a flat tyre. Operator answered call quickly, was really helpful and said I would be contacted soon by the garage who would come out to put spare wheel on. Was sent a text by the garage with their ETA and then texted when 20 mins away. Had tyre changes over within 1.5/2 hrs. Very good service. Thank you

Breakdown cover you can rely on.
I have my car and my wife's car covered for UK breakdown with First Call. I have been with them for quite a few years now and on the occasions that they have been called out to one of our cars they have been very reassuring, accurate in their estimate of time and very quick to either repair the car or tow it back, usually to our local garage. My wife broke down a couple of months ago and the recovery driver could not have been more friendly and helpful. Also they keep their prices at a good level without trying to extract any big increases at renewal. Very impressed.
