Horrific Returns or Exchange policy

Ordered a Philips avent baby bottle thinking it's the glass version unfortunately it's the plastic version. After delivery raised the exchange request 20minutes after and was turned down. Apparently there is no option to exchange or get the issue resolved. Company does not care about it's customers. Do not waste your money and time

Bad Experience from First Cry & Express bee

Hello guys,
Firstly i want to let you know if you are ordering from first cry platform be ready for the latency delivered of the product i ordered my product on 1st of july and today is 18th of july today 23 times i called them but they still are saying that tomorrrow you will get it. if you are living beside the company then you can try if you are in other state trust me
you wont get the product on time order before 1 month ago atleast.

Unable to deliver the products and poor customer service

We have did a whole order with Fristcry for our baby. Since we are living outside of India we were waiting for Fristcry to deliver to our Parents address in India. The total order wroth is 15K + for 34 Order items . FirstCry took the order and kept delaying the delivery for more than a month. Finally today they cancelled all the ordered item and they initiated refund. The customer service also very poor . this incident confirms that they are not trustworthy brand

Scammers

I bought r for rabbit sugar pop stroller for my 4 month old boy and this stroller came with 2 rear left side wheels no right rear wheel so I requested a replacement 1st time they cancelled my request for first time so I requested replacement again 2nd time and surprisingly they send me a spares front wheel then I called r for rabbit for query
They answered politely but no out come then first cry calls and told me they replace my product but to replace the product they have to cancel my existing request (2nd) so I agreed but then there is no answer from first cry or r for rabbit and top of that first cry don’t have costumer care with real person first cry have virtual assistance but it will not understand anything west of time so if anyone from first cry read this please contact me

Misrepresentation and Poor Customer Service

Failure to Provide Latest Manufacturing Date Despite Prior Agreement !!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company regarding the delivery of a product order. Despite my explicit request for the latest manufacturing date, I received a product manufactured in 2022, contrary to what was agreed upon prior to placing the order.

Throughout this ordeal, I have diligently reached out to your team multiple times via email and your application, clearly stating my concerns and requesting a resolution. Regrettably, I have yet to receive a single response. Despite assurances over the phone that I would receive a reply within 24 hours, I have been met with silence and inaction.

On top of this, last Saturday, I was assured by one of your representatives that all items would be returned, and arrangements would be made for a prompt collection by your delivery team within 24 hours. However, no action has been taken thus far, and there has been no communication regarding the return process.

Additionally, I followed the instructions provided by "Omer" from your team to send product photos and details for a replacement, yet I have not received any response to that either. It is incredibly frustrating to experience such a lack of accountability and efficiency in handling customer concerns.

I want to emphasize that my request for the latest manufacturing date was not arbitrary; it was made out of genuine concern for my baby's well-being. While the product may not have expired, I specifically requested the latest manufacturing date for peace of mind. This request was communicated clearly through multiple channels before placing the order.

Fake Reason for not delivering the product

It was to be delivery by Xpressbess on 17th of April. But they are giving fake reason & not delivering product.
The Delivery Person is asking for OTP before delivering the Product.
Had a Bad Experience. Dont have partnership with XpresssBess Bangalore

I have ordered few items from first…

I have ordered few items from first cry. After receiving the product one item I tried to return but they cancelled the pick up from their own side. Their customer support is horrible. Even after multiple complaints still my issue has not been resolved. Planning to move to consumer forum against Firstcry.

Most pathetic online app service

To whoever is supposed to be incharge of your online orders app or anything. Please know that you are doing the absolute rubbish job. My account and my husbands account has been suspended for bulk purchasing. Buying 2 packs of diapers is bulk??. I have a 10 month old and a 2 year old. I order 2 packs of diapers each. So in your pathetic system that’s bulk?. Are you guys working there or having a lazy day work all year round?. Basically your colleague on a call told me your account is useless now, you cannot order again as our system picks up that you ordering in bulk. Some scripted one sentence answer. You are backed my whatever big names and investors but can’t fix a system that you own??. Please review your own service and train your customers representative better to help and not to infuriate customers.

BTN protein gras fed whey product was delivered with no seal! This is illegal and not safe, anything could have been added!! Driver admitted to seeing them add a fake seal on the outside of the whey isolate product..INSANE Also, nobody can be reached from the company at all! Tried every way possible phone (automated/nothing), email (says blocked), website (complaint will not send) Total scam website.

They sent me wrong product and when tried to return it was asking for images of the product in a box, but the website was not accepting the images and then eventually the return was closed. Customer service is not good, return process is horrible. Please be aware of shipping on the website

First cry a name that will make you cry

I purchased a nightwear from Firstcry. It's of Babyhug company, a company I always relied on for its quality.

But this suit for which I got delivery on 2nd October 2023 is quite irritating on skin of baby as it's rubber print is rubbing and hurting skin of baby. I tried to contact customer care for help but they were adamant on picking the product only if it has attached tags with it. I tried to explain them million times that I didn't receive the product with attached tag(as tags were kept separately). But they were adamant on picking the product only if it has attached tag.

They are cheaters and bunch of frauds who never take the responsibility of product once it's delivered. This is my 2nd issue in a row regarding first cry which plainly denied to take the responsibility of wrong product sent my them.

I even told them again and again that it was a miscommunication, may be I was not able to put my point correctly in first call so I called them up again but they were not ready to listen. Beware customers !Dont buy products from anywhere but not first cry and this is review not of a layman but a qualified Doctor.

Where is my product??

I'd like to express my frustration regarding the service provided by Firstcry. My experience with them has left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order for a product meant for my baby girl on July 14, 2023. The cost of the item was ₹1186.03. To my dismay, the product was inexplicably cancelled by the delivery team when it was just 3 km away from my home. The most baffling aspect was that I received no communication or notification about this cancellation.

After this ordeal, I received a partial refund of ₹1119.55 on July 28. However, it wasn't until I reached out to their customer care that the remaining amount of ₹66.47 was refunded, and this was done only by August 13.

In an attempt to give them another chance, I placed the same order again on July 28 (Now, I realized that was my mistake). Initially, the delivery date was set for August 7. However, this date was then changed to August 12 on August 7 itself. Subsequently, the delivery date was rescheduled multiple times: first to August 17, and now it stands at August 22. I made two calls to customer care seeking clarity on this matter. On both occasions, I was met with apologies and reassurances that my concern would be treated with urgency. They assured me that my order would be prioritized and delivered promptly. However, the constantly shifting delivery dates have left me sceptical about whether I will receive my product on the next promised date.

As the delivery dates continue to change, I find myself wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar situation with Firstcry. When I initially placed the order, my baby had just started lying down. Now, after a month and a half, she has progressed to sitting up on her own. The delay has not only tested my patience but also impacted my baby's growth milestones.

I sincerely hope that my ordered product arrives as promised, but if this situation persists, I'm left with no choice but to consider taking legal action. The lack of transparency and reliability in their service has severely eroded my trust in Firstcry.
