The company shows off to be a good care taker of Employee in the initial joining days. The process i work in has too many feedbacks shared to the hierarchy but none of the team has taken a mesure to help the Agents.. This has been a general practice of the operations vice president ,senior operation manager and managers followed by leads. Though you keep up the scores constantly there's isn't a single appreciations happens. Not to mention we never have a monetary incentive structure offered or provided, yet managment talk about stopping incentive which never exists . Working at firstsource isn't preferable especially if you are in the path of growth. There alot i had experience and seen which made wirte a review here.

Great company to work for. Supportive managers and great pay. Paid every two weeks. They provide equipment.
