Bait and switch thieves
Bait and switch thieves. We were completely transparent about our business. After a month of processing they put almost almost $100K on hold. We stopped usingthem and they are stil holding $40K.
Absolutely a joke
Absolutely a joke. Avoid at all costs. This company allowed a competitor of ours to change our username and password and FIS allowed our competitor to redirect all of our payments to them. There's no telling how much money we have lost and now we have to contact all of our customers and setup a new vendor profile. They have 0 controls in place. This is a nightmare, avoid this platform!!!
AVOID
AVOID. 'Customer Service' is appalling. They do not advertise all their T&Cs. Have 'internal' policies which are merely verbal and not written. They are unable to sign post you to anything on their website. Absolute joke and no wonder they have such a dire score on here. There are many, many better companies to deal with.
Someone make a true crime documetary about this company!
This company would make a fascinating subject for a true crime documentary about the truly horrendous business practices of a multi-billion dollar payment processing company working to bankrupt small businesses around the world! They charge made-up fees, won't disclose what they are for and refuse to cancel your account. Customer service agents give you bogus phone numbers to follow up with (one was a recording offering rotating deals on car insurance and life alert systems after you provide personal information) and they pretended they couldn't hear me (on multiple occasions) when I asked why they continue to charge fees despite documented requests to cancel the account per their procedures. I recommend documenting every single interaction you have with this company and following up with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and your local representative. It's amazingly creative how many ways they have found to make life miserable for their customers.
- WARNING - DISHONEST & FRAUDULENT
- WARNING - withholding customer funds with out notice or warning. Stole over $10,000+ and will not return messages or phone calls. Stay away from this company and processing service.

I received an offer of employment at FIS. They use HireRight for HR processing.
10 years of tax forms for employment, multiple verification steps for U.S. addresses, and address verification for the 3 years I taught overseas.
I gave up. Not worth $39K per year to be a CSR. Felt like I was applying for a government job.
Garbage customer reviews as well.

appalling company
everything that is rotten with big company
Do not work with this company
They set up my account
Did no introduction
No training on their platform
They took monthly payments
Then my first transaction they seized, stating I needed to supply more documents and will hold my money for 120 days & admitted they may never return it
I spoke to my account manager who advise me he couldn't help as he was out on the p*ss
This may cause my business to fold as my cashflow is ruined
I've instructed my solicitors already and will be suing for theft and all cost incurred
Makes me wonder what my money is being used for.... money laundering maybe?
The worst card payments company out there. AVOID!
The worst card payments company out there, Avoid avoid avoid. They hide behind the guise of due deligence in order to hold on to your money for as long as possible. I've sent them my documents 4-5 times and I'm still getting emails saying they need my documents.
Getting them on the phone is a nightmare and when you do get through, you're speaking to the least helpful people ever. I spoke to a Judy, who may be the least helpful phone operator I've ever come across in my life.
Choose a different provider!
The worst customer service. Trying to change the name on our account as partner has retired and its the most difficult task I have has to complete! The staff are like robots who just repeat themselves over and over until you hang up, they request the same details over and over again and say they are different departments, although surely one department should communicate with the other and the just don't listen. I am switching my services to either Netpay or Square as this is ridiculous how bad their service is. I run my office alone and can't keep calling and emailing to sort out a name change which I thought they had done when requested years ago. Worst part is that they don't send me any correspondence at all which would have highlighted that the names hadn't been changed as requested.
ATTENTION YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR…
ATTENTION YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY!
Fisglobal / Worldpay have scammed me for $150000. I am seeking legal help now as other companies are doing and I suggest if they stole money from you. you should contact the law firms already taking action against them! so they will be taken down by police forces eventually when more plaintiffs come out!
Firefly Trading's suit alleges that between 2013 and 2018, it and the other companies signed merchant agreements for Worldpay to run card transactions, and agreed to put up cash to be held by the payment processor to ensure they fulfilled their obligations to customers. They want to recoup up to $5.4 million.
A separate lawsuit against Worldpay is being led by Python Media Ltd.
Worldpay declined to comment. Representatives for the other participants did not immediately respond to requests for comment Monday.
Firefly Trading and the companies that are part of that lawsuit are represented by Reed Smith LLP.
Worldpay is represented by Andrew Sutcliffe QC and Anthony Pavlovich of 3VB instructed by Dentons UK & Middle East LLP.
The case are Firefly Trading International Ltd. and others v. Worldpay (UK) Ltd. and others, case number CL-2020-000255, in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and Python Media Ltd. and others v. Worldpay (UK) Ltd. and others, case numbers CL-2020-000238, in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales.
Ask for Zoe
I had a problem with the latest security arrangements and how it impacted our web sales. It took a while to go through the various levels of tele prompts but eventually spoke to ZOE who was amazingly helpful.
WORST company to deal with
WORST company to deal with. Hours on the phone, immense frustration and no one who can provide solutions. Have never spoken with someone who is actually able to listen and undertstand. They merely make you fit into the prompts on their screens.
Abysmal dealing with this company
I sold my business over a year ago, and I'm still trying to get billing fees back that I shouldn't have paid. I have email records of my correspondence with this company. I've called them 6 times, and every time I was assured I would get a refund. I wouldn't do business with this company if they offered me free service. Steer very clear of them!
been with them for over 20 years and…
been with them for over 20 years and they are purely dishonest.
Do not sign up with FIS Global
Do not sign up with FIS Global. ZERO customer service They do not respond to emails nor phone calls. You will wait on hold for over an hour and then speak to someone who has no clue. Trying to get an issue resolve for a month now. No one even responds. STAY AWAY
Customer service is not great but getting better
I have upgraded to three stars since I feel they are getting a little better.
Worst customer service.
Worst customer service.
Inept and unable to process simple information.
Lied about information that was processed even after I sent an email with ALL of the information that was to be processed. th eemail was reponded to and some info processed but they claimed to have never received that email!!
Closed our business account and continued getting charged
Closed our business account and returned terminal in 2015. They began charging our account again on and off for two years stating we never closed our account or returned our terminal. After charging us trickle amounts over the last couple of years adding up to over $6,000, they want $500 to close the account, AGAIN! Complete scam! Do not give them your bank account number!
