What an awful company!
What an awful company!! They sell old merchandise under the wrong names and they deceive the customer. On top of that they just have awful customer service. Hard pass!
Members Fraud… Beware!
There is no member protection and ZERO store accountability for paid membership fraud.
For the past 1.5 years I have noticed my account has been used to give unknown and unauthorized customers my discounts using my account. I have made several calls to the UTC store and have been given nothing to ensure me that Fit2Run values me as a paid membership holder by protecting my paid membership benefits.
The best the District Manger could offer was, “we can mark your account so that the sales team should check ID when a customer asks to use my account.”
Wait… that’s not standard policy already??!!
So..now after 10 plus years of consistently shopping at Fit2Run for my family of 6, I am cancelling this membership and my account.

Sammie was so AWESOME & PATIENT with me. I have Morton's Neuroma & am very, very limited to the STYLE shoe I can wear. I use to wear a New Balance shoe, but my shoe size went up & they do not carry anything for me in Women or Men. Sammie took the time to listen to my needs. I tried on a lot of sizes & Women/Men shoes. She made me feel like the only person in the store even though it was busy. She introduced me to the Membership program, which is exactly what I needed because I was very uncomfortable choosing a shoe & finding out my Morton's Neuroma pain was back.
Fit 2 run doesn't honor warranties
Fit 2 run do not honor the warranty period for exchanges even if the product is in perfect condition, with a receipt and in the original box.
I bought 1 pair of walking shoes 3 days ago $180 plus IVU. After walk 10 minutes, it felt so unconfortable in the big toe and hurt my nail. Today, I went to the store to exchange them, and they didn't honor the 30-day exchange policy even though they were clean and in perfect condition for sale. The employee was extremely rude and discourteous; he even made fun of me. The insoles ($79.95 plus IVU) The box says that customer has a 30-day trial period, but then they won't exchange them because they're used.
Ordered online, order Cancelled the next day.
Ordered a pair of shoes online. Credit card charged. A day later, "order cancelled because we didn't have enough stock to fulfill your order". Luckily Credit card refunded, so no fraud... but if you don't have it, get your systems right and don't take the order.
Ordered and Paid for 2 day shipping for…
Ordered and Paid for 2 day shipping for an event. Item shipped Ground. Customer Service said they could not reroute the item back, or change service level and they would "have to check with leadership" about crediting $34.03 which is what I paid. They did agree to that, but returning the item would be at my expense. Unbelievable. I truly had to argue for every penny that I had already paid, and now I'm left with a pair of shoes I won't use.
Exceeded all expectations!
I ordered then saw how bad trust pilot reviews were and got very concerned my order would be wrong. I couldn't have been more wrong or more pleased with my order. Arrived quickly and was correct shoes, colors and size. The prices are almost not believable how low they are. I ordered Nike vomero plus and then they send fit 2 run cash and another discount so I ordered a second pair. One pair in neon and one all black. Bother showed up perfectly. Saved $50 on the second order. My new go to place until they let me down.
Wrong Item Received / No Customer Service
I ordered a pair of sneakers on 10/4 and the tracking was generated on 10/5 but didn't go active until the 8th. When I reached out an AI generated message was advised me that it takes 2 days for tracking to go live after a purchase was made. It had been 5 days at that point. When the package arrived it was the wrong item. I sent a photo of the item which was pink (I ordered grey) and they told me that the website color was off... that makes no sense the full description is grey and these shoes are clearly the wrong ones. I can't get ahold of customer service at all- seems like a scam.

Here’s the plot twist no one asked for: they’ll sell you shoes with a smile, but leave out the part where you need to buy a membership just to make a return. Who knew refunds had an entry fee?
I tried to return my brand-new, unworn shoes. Their system was down. They said, “Come back anytime!” So I took more time off work, came back, and was told by Scott (the king of “not my problem”) that since I didn’t have their precious membership, I couldn’t return a single thing.
So basically, Fit2Run wants you to pay for the privilege of returning the stuff you already paid for. That’s not a running store — that’s a get-rich-quick scheme in sneakers.
If you like the thrill of financial hostage situations and a side of membership extortion, be their guest. Otherwise, do what any sane person would do and run — far, far away — from Fit2Run.
Because they’re Fit2Run you in circles until you give up and leave empty-handed. And who wants to pay for that cardio? 👟👟

shoe hurt to wear. now i have to pay a shipping cost to return it. Terrible experience. Don't use this company
They charged me for items that were not even in stock!!
I found a pair of runners at a good price on their website. In order to get the free shipping for a $75 purchase, I added on a T-shirt to the order. My credit card was charged for the full amount. Then, a week later I get notice that the shoes are "not in stock", so they issued a refund. So, I presumed I would get the T-shirt (that I didn't even really want). A few days later, the T-shirt order was cancelled also! Another refund was given. They just take your money for items they don't even have in stock, sit on it for a week, then turn around and cancel the order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM their WEBSITE!!
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. Ordered the shoes in store, was told I would have them in 2 days. They never came. contacted support online they told me they would get the order processed that same day. waited 2 more days still not shipped. went back into the store today, they told me they couldn't help and did know anything. So I called support, spoke with someone who really wasn't sure about anything and said if they had not shipped in 2 more days to call back again. Hung up from that call and started looking closer at the order and realized they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Called back into customer support. They tried to tell me I had to go back into the store, I told them I just came from the store and they told me to call you. They then had to go consult with their manager and determined they could refund my current order and I would have to place a new order and start all over. I said fine, then they only refunded part of my order and didn't refund me the correct amount. Complete an utter incompetence at every level of this company.
TRIES TO DENY RETURNS
On Friday I bought 2 pairs of shoes ,new balance at FIT2RUN and on cloud at Fleet Feet. Brought them both back the following Wednesday as they just weren't right. DID NOT WEAR THE SHOES MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES
Returned to fleet feet. She said they were used and would not give a refund. I told her she was not going to do that to me. She relented and issued the refund but she warned me next time they would not take them(will never go back so whatever)
Onto fleet feet . He didn't even look at the shoes, was happy to give the return and said he has never denied a return within 30 days.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I was looking for Altra running shoes and they showed them in stock for a great price. I placed an order on Jan 10, and 6 days later it was "unfulfilled." Their customer service team claimed "due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot confirm a ship date, however we are still within our 7 day shipping window." Sure, from Florida to LA it will be on time. My suspicion is they list items not available in inventory and float the purchase until someone complains enough to demand their money back. What a joke.

I brought the superblast 2 pink glo and the novablast 5 on January 1. The shoes both arrived on January 10th and still had the tags on them. The deal was amazing and I was worried because of the bad reviews but the shoes came in new condition, and in the correct sizes!

Horrible company. They don’t ship the products, they don’t solve anything. I haven’t received my products, and they offer no solutions.

It’s almost 2025 and these kids can’t tell you what’s in stock or sizes… must be a complete shit show.
