I am now Fit as F-ck
Fit as F-ck has really transformed my fitness levels. Not being particularly disposed to exercise, Ed is able to push me in a way that still feels fun, and gets great results. Even after a few sessions I felt better than I have in years. Recommended!

Love training with FitAsF**k
Love training with FitAsF**k - always have a brilliant work out with no faff. It’s super cool, no nonsense, no current trends, just simple good old exercise that works real good. Such a lovely dude as well, always such a laugh

Really worth it
Ed was really encouraging, informative, fun and supportive in helping me get fitter and stronger after losing it through pregnancy (that baby is now 2!) There’s no ego so I don’t feel silly - I highly recommend!

Proper good
Ed is a true professional and really knows his onions. Always prepared to go the extra mile to tailor his plans, and his knowledge is incredible. Cannot recommend enough.

Brilliant personal trainer for all levels
I'd not really done a lot of exercise or fitness training before and Ed really helped me ease into it initially and was smart enough to know when to push me to the next level. It's a hard balance to strike, but one that Ed managed very well.
I feel way better than I did before I started and can't wait to continue working with Ed to get fitter and more healthy.

Brilliant trainer, ingenious methods
Brilliant trainer with ingenious methods and wonderful enthusiasm. I have attended many Zoom sessions through lockdown as well as having been lucky enough to attend one of Ed's architectural running tours in London. My lack of equipment and knowledge was not a problem as he introduces clever techniques to get you moving. 10/10 would recommend on all parts.
