My husband and I visited the store looking for some gym equipment and had a brilliant experience. We were helped by James, who was absolutely lovely, really knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to talk us through the different options and help us work out what would suit us best.
There was no pressure at all, just really friendly and helpful advice, and James was more than happy to answer all of our questions. It made such a difference being able to see the equipment in person and have everything properly explained to us.
Fantastic customer service and a really positive experience. We’ll definitely be back when we need anything else for our home gym. Would 100% recommend!

Very helpful staff and straightforward to purchase equipment

Visited the Manchester store on Sunday and spoke to James about one of the power racks that I had seen online, and while they didn't have it on display in store I felt very reassured it was the right one for my needs. I can't thank James enough at the Manchester store for helping us to get our home gym sorted. Came in with relatively low experience having gone down this route before. We knew we wanted a treadmill and a few other items, but beyond that we didn't really know how to put it together. Jamie spoke us through different options on the website, as well as explaining his recommendations. And with his help, we were able to put together a really good bundle. All within the space of 45 minutes, purchased with a five-star experience. James was really easy to talk to, so thank you so much.
