Had some welcome advice on different types of equipment based on what I wanted to achieve for fitness. Went to the store with a treadmill in mind and ended up buying an airbike which will enable me to achieve more results. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful.

Great service!
I went in initially and spoke to about Jack looking for some equipment for my home gym, he was so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant information. When we returned again Justin helped us sort out suitable flooring and matting for the home gym. With all this advice we decided to follow through and purchase from fitness superstore. Justin priced up the best options for us very quickly and we sorted everything that day. Great service all round from the Sheffield store.

Shop is packed with gym equipment and accessories that You can try to use. The young gentleman was very friendly and extremely helpful. Customer service was top level, straight away provided with the product I was looking for. I strongly recommend to visit shop You will have professional advice given regarding fitness equipment ect.

Customer service on point. Had a nice conversation and very knowledgeable staff. We asked what was able to be taken away on the day and what was for the order delivery process. Was also told all machines were able to be tested before purchasing. Amazing shopping day.

I was having problem with paying on the online website and I seem to have paid more than once. Melanie Sambrook assured me this was not the case and sent me a link to make the payment. It was informative and quick and I was assured that I will get the product and the payment will only go out once. She also kept an eye on it with a follow up email to reassure me.
