Equipment (wall ball holder, so not a big piece of kit) arrived in the separate deliveries a week apart, with bolts missing, re sent by courier, received a further week later.
Customer service were responsive which was good.

Good, but lacks info around shipping
ordering online went well but after that it was very confusing as I got no information whatsoever about the delivery of my item. There was never a date nor tracking number provided... I was totally in the dark until a van arrived at my door almost a week later.
There's a lot of room for improvement around the after-sale and delivery arrangements... but besides that all went well. I was a bit afraid since my item was expensive - but thankfully all ended well and I am very happy with my item (Concept2 BikeErg)

I visited FEI with my parents…
I visited FEI with my parents yesterday. We needed to get my elderly Dad a fitness bike. The level of care and kindness shown to us by Ciara was unreal. We were made to feel so welcome, and her advice on the bike we were purchasing was second to none. We had a lovely time, despite not being high-spending, highly athletic customers. My dad is so happy with his bike and the returns policy was also great in case it wasn't suitable. Thanks for making our purchase a great experience.
