We’re very sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, our delivery partner Fastways recently went out of business, which caused unexpected disruptions to some shipments. Our Customer Service Manager sent an update via email explaining the situation and outlining next steps, but it sounds like you may not have received it, we sincerely apologise for that.

Company resolved the delivery issue , which was caused by Fastway couriers going out of business, which was completely out of their control.
Now going to collect the order and the company immediately refunded the delivery charge, thank you

The item you ordered was part of a preorder, and unfortunately, the arrival of the container bringing this product into stock was delayed. We completely understand your frustration and regret that we did not proactively update you about the delay, that was an oversight on our part.

I think you may have ordered a walking pad rather than a treadmill, if you would prefer one with a handle please feel free to contact our customer service team on 018167510 and they can look into swapping your order. Please note treadmills are more expensive so there may be an increase in the price if you wish to go for a treadmill instead.
