Fitness Inside Out Avis 

I was really looking forward to starting my personal training, but my first experience was extremely disappointing.
My first session was scheduled for 6:00 a.m. at the trainer’s home. I arrived on time, waited 10 minutes, and sent text messages to let her know I was there before leaving when I received no response.
It was raining, the driveway was very steep and had no outdoor lighting at the property. I slipped while walking back to my car, suffering significant injuries. The trainer didn’t contact me until 8:15 a.m. explaining that she had overslept.
I understand that mistakes happen, but clients shouldn’t be left waiting in the rain and dark at 6:00 a.m., especially at a private residence. This experience left me injured and completely undermined my confidence. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this service.

Andrew, is very professional and very compassionate, apart from being a wonderful trainer.

Fast response. Targeted help to my needs.

It was disappointing to find out, after many discussions, that they could not accommodate us. This should have been recognised at the start. The whole process was a waste of time.

Trainer had no idea what days and time we were suppose to meet. always late and always cut sessions in half.

I felt confident and comfortable whilst being interviewed. It was well structured and handled with a great level of professionalism.

The trainer was welcoming and demonstrated each exercise before we carried it out. He was very informative in all areas of training.

They assigned an experienced and knowledgeable trainer nearby to us who comes directly to our doorstep and showed creative ways to train in our home. Karim is such a great trainer always upbeat and gets me motivated.

We have a great trainer come to our home to train our 14 year old son. He communicates very well with our son and informs us of what he is doing after each session. Its hard to motivate our son sometimes , but the trainer we have is doing A WONDERFUL job.

Rod is a fantastic trainer, knowing just how far to push, and ALWAYS punctual.
