Ich würde dort wieder bestellen.

Das Fahrrad wurde früher geliefert (statt voraussichtliche Lieferzeit 3-4 Wochen, jetzt nach 2 Wochen). Es gab eine Email, dass es eine Email geben wird, wann das Fahrrad geliefert wird. Diese bliebt aus. Es wurde heute um 7.02 Uhr geliefert, da war ich Gott sei Dank gerade noch zuhause.

Das gelieferte Fahrrad ist top.

Bestelltes Teil war nicht lieferbar, Rückzahlung problemlos 😀

Bisher nur gute Erfahrungen!

Very negative experience with aftersale customer service. The Scott bike I purchased had faulty derailleur parts - jockey wheels were making terrible screeching noise. I sent all the evidence of the fault to the shop, and the customer service representative kept pushing responsibility on me - telling me to lubricate it (although I clearly wrote I already did it), sending me to a local service, telling me that Scott won't take responsibility (??) finally advising me that I make a warranty claim with Shimano (??). I finally fixed the problem myself - the hassle was not worth my time. Tried to call the shop's responsible for customer service but they had no interest in hearing my complaint. All in all, I don't care, new jockey wheels for Shimano M5100 cost like 10EUR. But I wholeheartedly advise against buying anything from this shop.

I was a decently annoying customer regarding my bike order, as they first had to get it from the manufacturer, and I can confidently say that communication was very good :) They were very fast to reply, and replies were always helpful for me.

Delivered bike was put together well, so no critique regarding that.

The only kinda negative experience was their tracking, which is a bit confusing. It goes through a 3rd party website, which is mentioned nowhere on their own website. The links on the order which you would expect to navigate to the tracking site instead just navigated to their own homepage. I got the website link by contacting them directly via email (ebex(dot)bexity(dot)com/track-and-trace/ for anyone interested). This might just be the case with buying bikes, as they use a different delivery method, but bikes are expensive so it would be nice if tracking was more proper.

Ich hatte eine Preisanfrage und bekam sehr zügig eine Antwort. Sehr gut. Die Bestellung und Abwicklung war ohne Komplikationen. Auch die Lieferung kam viel früher, als anvisiert. Die Verpackung war extrem gut. Ich bin mega zufrieden.

Die schnelle und gut verpackte Lieferung beider Räder war toll.
Allerdings stand GO! unangekündigt vor der Tür. Purer Zufall, dass von uns jemand daheim war.
Bei der Endmontage mussten wir feststellen, dass bei beiden (!) Rädern mit einem Spezialwerkzeug noch die Spannmutter für das Steuersatzlager festgezogen werden musste. Gott-sei-Dank ist ein Zweiradmechaniker mit heimischer Werkstatt unser Nachbar.
Die Reaktion vom Service auf die Reklamation war fachlich absolut unzureichend. Das Steuersatzlager wurde mit dem Vorbau gleichgesetzt. Erst ganz zum Schluss gab es eine Entschuldigung - das war's...
