Highly Recomended!
We recently purchased bifold doors, porch windows and door from this company. both times we had Paul come over and gave us a design-quotation, He was very professional I was rushing to have my bifold done in 4 weeks ( other 2 companies I had quotation from said it would take upto 8 weeks and they asked for double the price) but Fitter windows installed them in 3 weeks and they did amazing job.
Everytime I contacted the company they are all very helpful and polite.
I would definetly recomend Fitter Windows to everyone!

The salesman came
The salesman came, very professional and no pressure to sign at all
We contacted the firm after other quotes , they were not professional and kept calling and emails to us
The surveyor turned up on time again and was thorough. He answered all our questions and then a date for the fitters which was around our arrangements
Two fitters turned up and all I can say they were so polite,worked diligently throughout the day, and everything was perfect. Cleaned up everything too

The Perfect Window Installation Company
From the initial meeting with Kevin to conversations with Andy and the surveyor Brian and having the windows fitted by Matty and Gerald it felt like a real family experience. The fitting was done with speed and efficiency. I was worried about the very old and worn out patio door coming out. But Matty and Gerald were able to reassure us that the surrounding brick work was sound. The team left every where clean and tidy. The windows and patio door are superb and look like they have always been there. I would recommend Fitterwindows to everyone who wants a company that cares.

Just had shutters fitted in bedrooms
So pleased with the shutters. Can not fault the quality or design. They make the rooms look so much brighter. The Fitting was painless. Fitters arrived on time. They were friendly and very helpful, and any mess was cleared up before they left. Deffinately would recommend.

The gents are brilliant
The gents who attended the property did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well afterwards. Unfortunately one of the windows top latch was faulty, less than 24 hours later someone came out to assess the window. We were hesitant to use the company as we saw some negative reviews but the service, the job completed was brilliant. We defo would recommend - charlie

The person i spoke to was very much understandable.
I give that amount of ratings just becouse i met Andy from fitted window , and he listened to me. I have been ignored from over the years , i have been making complaints ,i was in danger at my home , me and my foster kids, and i spoke to Andy about damage and what is going on, and he just take it up right away and get it sorted out in the space of two weeks , i realy appreciate , i gave him the credit that he deserves , i was really ignored by Fitted windows company.

I had 11 windows and a door fitted.
I had 11 windows and a door fitted in just 2 days. From the first visit by the rep then 2 days later for the measure the process went well. Was told windows would be 4 weeks but only took 3 weeks. Matt and Joe the fitters where great. They were tidy and pleasant to talk with.

Excellent customer service
Fitter Windows has been excellent throughout, and I genuinely feel they are the kind of company I would return to in the future based on the customer experience and the personal yet professional approach of their team.
I was initially a little sceptical about using Fitter Windows as they are not one of the larger national companies. Before making a decision, I did my homework by reading reviews and checking Companies House. I was reassured by what I found and decided to get in touch with their team.
One of the advantages of working with a smaller company is that they take the time to get to know you and genuinely care about you as a customer, rather than treating you as just another sales target. The salesperson who visited was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products in detail. He was clearly passionate about what he was selling, which gave me confidence in both the product and the company.
The installation itself was excellent. There was a small issue with one of the windows where the leaded squares did not quite line up with an existing window. Before I had even mentioned it, the fitter spotted the problem himself and arranged for replacements to be ordered. The corrected units were fitted the following week without any hassle.
Alongside the windows, I also had the front of the house reclad. Unfortunately, some of the cladding was marked during installation. I contacted Andy, who came out personally to inspect the issue. He agreed that it needed putting right and arranged for a team to return. The team were fantastic and replaced the damaged cladding without any problems.
Andy, the sales team and the fitters were exceptional throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their commitment to making sure I was happy with the finished result. Whenever an issue arose, they took ownership of it and went above and beyond to put things right.
I would not hesitate to recommend Fitter Windows to others. In fact, I still have more windows to replace in the future, and when the time comes, they will be my first call.

Veka Omnia WindowFitters- the best windows on the market
We installed 8 Veka Omnia acoustic glass windows. Kevin the sales person arrived and did very professional offer for us without any pressure - answered patiently one thousand questions that I asked him over three weeks. I then proceeded with the front of the house. The installers came in April and did brilliant job. The windows are perfect and we liked them very much, so we decided to do the back of the house as well. The second lot of installers came today (May) and they were very professional. Andy took good care of installation, glazing and everything else. Also, we got all our certificates. After the second lot Tyleri took care of everything, very kind and helpful.
I would recommend both the company and the windows to anyone; I am an engineer and I spent plenty of time considering the other options and this one is the best. The house is now very very quiet.

We recently had all our windows and doors replaced by Fitter Windows, and we couldn't be happier. Kevin, who provided the quote, was great to deal with, no sales pressure, just a competitive price and helpful communication throughout.
Installation was quicker than expected, starting just four weeks after paying our deposit and completed in three days, including two tricky bay windows. The installers were professional, friendly, and did a high-quality job. A window pane was accidentally damaged during fitting which we understand can happen, but it was replaced within a week and we really appreciated the quick turn around.
Overall, fantastic service, great value, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
