The pricing structure we offer can sometimes be linked to time-limited funding, deposit options, and area-based incentives, which is why our team may explain that certain figures are only available at the time of the visit. That said, your feedback is fair — we never want anyone to feel rushed, and we’ll certainly take this on board to make sure this is communicated more comfortably and transparently.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced at the time of your installation — we completely understand how concerning the marks on the door, the delays, and the communication issues must have felt.

Our doors arrive fully wrapped from the manufacturer, and they are only unwrapped on site during installation. This means any imperfections can unfortunately only be identified at that final stage. However, once the issue was noticed, a replacement door was ordered straight away and our team followed the correct process to get this resolved for you.

We also apologise for the delay you experienced between the inspector’s visit and the replacement being fitted. Although situations like this are unavoidable on rare occasions, they should always be resolved promptly — and we’re pleased to confirm that your door has since been fully replaced and the matter resolved.

Firstly, I want to sincerely apologise for any frustration or inconvenience caused. We completely understand how important reliability and communication are when booking a service, and we’re genuinely sorry that this situation has left you feeling disappointed.

However, I would like to clarify how our process works. As we advise all customers, we do not attend appointments unless we’ve spoken with you on the day to confirm. This is to ensure your availability and avoid any unnecessary disruption or wasted time on both sides. We also send a reminder email beforehand, which clearly outlines this policy.

On the day of your appointment, we attempted to reach you six times without success. As we didn’t manage to make contact, we followed our standard procedure and did not attend. We feel it’s important to be transparent about this so you can see that we did try everything we could to make the appointment happen.

While we understand your frustration, we respectfully believe that the 1-star review may not reflect the full context of what happened. Reviews like these can be very damaging for any business, especially when the situation was beyond our control.

We kindly ask you to consider revising or removing the review. We truly value your understanding and would still be happy to assist you if you’d like to rebook.
