My daughter contacted fixflo and was told mold isn’t important enough to come out . It’s not tenants issue there’s no ventilation and damp proof course. I’ve paid hundreds to replace furniture cloth... Voir plus

I reported an issue with my boiler and shower last week, but I haven't received any response from them yet. Due to the leaking, I'm unable to use my boiler and shower. It's concerning that they haven't addressed this issue, and it feels like they don't care about their customers' well-being.

I love using Fixflo, it's an amazing platform and I started to look into how I can use the platform more extensively in my role as a Property Manager. Fixflo has got a lot of helpful guidance online, I found out that I wasn't using Fixflo to its fullest potential. I decided to reach out to the Support Team and Monika quickly picked up my enquiry. Monika responded speedily and was on top of my enquiry. It took some time to resolve all the issues but Monika kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
Monika's communication skills are excellent and her proactive approach was really appreciated.
Highly recommend Fixflo as a system - easy system to use and makes property managers lives so easy, by being able to monitor everything in one place. The training with Fixflo was comprehensive and well delivered. Dealt with Joe Goss who was extremely knowledgable and always on hand to answer any questions. Definitely the best property management software I have used over my 15+ years in the industry.

I’ve paid hundreds to replace furniture clothes etc and how dare you say it’s not important. Mold kills its external walls showing not tenants fault. I’ll be making a claim for furniture clothes etc

Lia is very helpful with showing me how to navigate the system. Very clear instructions which help with using the system easily.
We had a big issue when our filters were broken, but Charlie Smith got on the case straight away and escalated it to the right teams to get it sorted. When our account manager Mike McDonnell came back from his AL he helped to clean up the rest of our problem and to get the bug fixed so it wouldn't happen again. Thanks to both for resolving this issue.
