Fix My GHDs Avis 

I did a stupid thing! I used my GHDs on my hair that had gel & hairspray on, and I absolutely ruined the ceramic plates. Tried several things like cleaning alcohol, but nothing worked. Then I found Fixmyghds, what absolute saviour of a company. I was sceptical at first, but sent them away, and lo and behold, I had them returned with new plates!! What a top business they are and PAT tested (electrics checked) as well!! I would absolutely recommend Fixmyghds without hesitation. Thank you so much for fixing them.

My GHDs stopped working last weekend. I was about to order some new ones but thought I would just check if anyone did repairs. I found Fix My GHDs online. Checked out the reviews and decided to give it a shot.

Booked them on at the weekend. Posted out Monday - they arrived back today (Friday) in my original box, fixed, cleaned and PAT tested.

Amazing value, excellent service. And better for the planet too. Now they get to live a little longer.

Amazing service! My GHD Platinum+ had developed the red ring of death, I sent them off and within a day of arriving they had already been repaired, cleaned and PAT tested. Return shipping only took a day. Unbelievably pleased with everything, my trusty straighteners live to fight another day!

Brilliant service, phoned first to check they could repair my ghd platinum + straighteners, called me back when I left message, packaged up & sent off, received message to say they'd been repaired & further message to say on way back to me, all within a few days allowing for last weekend. Excellent company to deal with. Easy website. My GHD repair did take a little longer than expected, but this was only due to having to order some parts. Customer service was excellent when I rang to enquire if they were still able to be repaired . As soon as they were repaired, I received an email to let me know, & that they were on their way back to me. All in all took 10 days which I thought was completely acceptable with having to order extra parts. I would certainly use this company again, & would have no hesitation in recommending.
