Fix My GHDs Avis

I’m so happy with the service it’s quick and easy just go to website pay then post GHDs to the address given then usually within 5 days GHDs returned working like new and looking like new, second time using and definitely will be using again even if it’s just for maintenance check… Thank you

I was bit unsure about using this company as they came up on google and I’ve not heard of them before. But I chanced it. Fantastic service, such a quick turn around from being fixed, to having them back working better than before. Communication was outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
Thank you very much, highly recommend FIX MY GHD’S to anyone needing repairs x

Hey. I think they should let the customer know if they need extra parts, but other than that, the service was amazing! What else could make her happier than getting her straightener back? My ghd platinum + works like a charm after they fixed it. I was about to give up on it, but they saved the day! Big thanks to them!

Simply amazing. Platinum plus GHD stopped working unexpectedly. Spoke to Fix my Ghds through their contact form and they responded immediately. Posted the straighteners at 1pm on Friday. Returned back, fully repaired and cleaned by Wednesday morning. Great communication throughout
I hope I never need Fix my GHDs again but I am so happy knowing they are if required. Cannot recommend highly enough

When my girlfriend asked me to have her GHD ions looked at or repaired I found this website.  After looking at the website and going through the reviews I was pleasantly surprised at all the reviews and also the small fee to have any issue repaired.  I found the whole process so easy and so impressive.  I have been informed at every step of the repair and the quick turnaround of the repair and receiving back the ions.  I rate this service 10 out of 10 and highly recommend that you use this if you need anything repairing.  I have saved her over 180 pounds in having this repair done, I am definitely in the good books.

Thank you Robert and your team.

Fantastic service, sent my 20 year old straighners for repair, was back in under a week they are now like new.
Quick easy with no bother. Would highly recommend this service.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Easy to use, fast service, keen pricing and reliability. What a great business.
They repaired my GHDs when I feared I would have to replace them after tripping over the lead and knocking them from my dressing table to the floor. Amazing.

Highly recommend this company.
Sent 3 pairs of Ghds and they phoned me to say that 1 of them was a fake and refunded money back. The other 2 pairs was repair and cleaned, so they look and work like new. My Daughter and her friend need some mended so will be using this company. They got them back to me within 4 days

Amazing service , sent straighteners off on a Monday morning was kept informed by email . Received them back on the Thursday morning cleaned and repaired couldn’t have asked for a better service will definitely recommend and use again .

Great service turnaround 6 days
Working perfectly very happy.
100% recommendations.

Quick, efficient service The straighteners came back like new. The family and friends friends who I have recommended have used this company several times. The all found them to be excellent.

What a fantastic service and saved me money!
Robert was excellent and kept in touch as I forgot to enclose my return address in the package! My pink limited edition GHDs are quite rare and he had no matching arm so attached a black arm after calling me to check that was okay. The attention to detail was much appreciated as he changed the pink lead to a black one to match the arm. With the pink plug reattached, they now look like a custom pair of GHDs and they are back up and running like a dream! I have another pair that need to be repaired and I have no hesitation in sending them to Robert to fix. Brilliant service and thank you so much 😊

Sent my GHD’s away on the weekend and had them back by Wednesday. I was able to chat to Robert who advised me they would look at my GHD’s to see if they could fix them as it was stated that this pair of hair straighteners may not be repairable. Fix my GHD’s has saved me over £200 to replace them & are the cheapest price i have found that have been able to fix my Gold Max GHD’s with a full pat test.
They came back clean as a whistle and work perfectly! Highly recommend, lovely service.

Sent my ghd to he fixed, brilliant communication and they were fixed and posted back quickly and work perfectly now.
Would definitely recommend this company!

Great experience. Great service. I would not hesitate to recommend.

What an amazing service! My GHDs broke 5 months ago and I had initially planned to get a new pair at some point. However a little bit of research later and I found you guys. An incredibly fast turn around - I posted on a Thursday and they arrived back repaired the following Thursday (this included a bank holiday!). They’re as good as new, saved me a huge amount of money and by getting them repaired it saved them going to landfill. Amazing!

Great service, found through google, my GHDs are like new, got them back in less than a week.
Highly recommend.

Thank you.

Really pleased with the service from FixMyGHDs - I researched a lot of companies and was a bit nervous about sending my GHDs off into the unknown. It was hard to find anyone who fixes GHD Golds & those I did find were charging really high prices, but FixMyGHDs seemed to do them for the same price as all other models. There’s a mobile number on their website which you can text to ask questions, so I text to confirm they do Gold & don’t charge extra & they got back to me right away to confirm, so I gave them a shot. Really, really pleased I went with them. They fixed them, cleaned them & PAT tested them, sent me an email with details of what they’d done and sent them back quickly. My GHDs are good as new now & the price was the best I could find.
Would definitely use them again :)
