Your rider is incompetent

Your rider is incompetent. Ang arte, dapat i-deliver ang package into our doorsteps, but sabi maputik daw na bagong semento yung kalsada pa taas samin. Sinabihan pa yung isa kung ante na ikina-cancel daw nya yung parcel kapag d nasagot, eh may class ako kahapon kaya d ko masagot ang since silent mode din phone ko. Ska he didn't even send a txt message to me na darating na yung item na in-order ko. This is his cp # 09511081447. Pasabihan naman po yan na wag naman tamad. D naman ipinapa-cancel ng buyer, but he would do that? The nerve of him.

failed delivery

Flash Express’s delivery service is unreliable. I had ordered a few items at a bakery shop (sender) via Lazada. Unfortunately, the sender had chosen to deliver my consignment with Flash Express. Although I received E-mail Announcements on 3 days and I waited in my house, no driver of Flash Express showed up with my parcel. (Greetings from Flash Express. Your package P3526650ZFGAZ is out for delivery. Please prepare COD payment of 587 PHP, your rider is 09062124028.) Now finally Flash Express has cancelled the delivery with the comment: Customer is unreachable. That is very disappointing. I am going to share this experience with my friends and will inform Lazada, not to ship any of my future orders with Flash Express.

12,000 THB TV arrived smashed up!

After them admittedly sending it to not one, but two wrong sortation centers, while lying about alleged delivery attempts every day, my brand-new 12,000 Baht TV has arrived completely smashed up today! We are looking into legal options as I write this...
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Lost/missing parcel

the seller of the item which i used to order my items choose this courier- after 2 days they send me tracking number and the next day i'd check , they cancel my parcel, and i quickly ask the seller what happen and telling me that the courier have missed the items and they do not know where they send it. after a week, this careless company refund the cost of my items, this caused me profit loss due to the customer ordered the items canceled also their order to me and i need to refund them with late charge. please improved your organization.

No to Flash

Very bad service and incompetent or maybe tamad na rider dito sa Olongapo. Failed delivery daw kasi customer was unreachable pero kahit missed call from the rider wala. Sabi 3 attempts pa daw. I tried to call the number na nasa Lazada notification pero siempre walang sagot, sipag nga kasi. Fully paid ang order the rider just had to drop it at the given address na very accessible tabi lang ng daan ang bahay, pero di pa din ginawa. And after I complained to the seller, Flash’s automated service asked if I wanted to reinitiate the delivery so I said yes and waited 2 days sa wala na naman. Called up customer service ayun di na daw talaga made deliver kasi na inform na Lazada despite the fact na nakita nila sa system nila request ko to reinitiate the delivery, buti pa machine may attempt pero ang rider and also the customer service waley. When I went to their FB page, I realized napakadami pala complaints about their poor service, and by the looks of it, wala naman din action kasi same pa din service nila. I guess hopeless na talaga.

TERRIBLE SLOW COMPANY!! It took 3 days from Mandaluyong to Puerto Princesa city, BUT THE PARCEL STUCK 6 DAYS IN THERE DELIVERY WAREHOUSE HERE IN PUERTO PRINCESA BEFORE THEY DELIVERED IT!! 😡😡😩😩👎👎

This Happen here in Aklan. Kalibo branch. on this day. nagka contact na kami nang rider. hoping na acknowledge na nya na Cancelled yung parcel. because of conflict sa work. pero bakit nagalit pa? I understand their experience as a rider pero please work out nyo attitude nyo. and be knowledgeable from time to time sa mga request. hope this is noted

False Accusations. Making us look irresponsible.

The rider didn't even try to attempt to deliver my parcel, this happened to me everytime. They will notify us that "Customer is unreachable" kahit hindi naman sila nag attempt tumawag or papatayin nila agad para hindi ma sagot ng customer. This issues about this company has started years ago pero hindi parin nag babago. This making us irresponsible sa parcels namin even though sila naman yung hindi nag-aattempt mag deliver or mag call. This issue should be fixed nong una pa lang na nag send ng bad review pero hindi parin nag babago.

sumali ako sa live seller na may piso deals, ngayon nung hindi ako nanalo kinancel ko tapos nagdeliver ngayon. sobrang rude pa nung nagddeliver he claimed he have called pero hindi tapos i told him paredeliver nalang since wala akong perang pinaiwan sa magulang ko i wasn’t expecting any parcel and wala magulang ko. ayaw nya umalis at ayaw tanggapin rason ko. I gave him my suppose to be baon for school money muna tas ang sabi ko balikan nalang mamaya yung kulang nagalit pa sya. ngayon hindi nako makakapasok ng school since school money ko ang pinangabono ko muna.

Anomalous delivery service

Anomalous delivery service. Rider noted I rescheduled delivery and claimed to have called but no calls received nor did my phone rang now im suspicious of what would be inside my package. I am skeptical whenever i have delivery from FLASH experienced worst service here early January ( ordered phone and was change to concrete brick )delivery guy is acting weird while calling telling he is from another region and its his first time to deliver then suddenly acts like he cant hear me and said he will just bring it back in the afternoon..so shady.

I have no choice to select one star. Actually is a no star for me. I wonder if the CEO who is quite active in FB Mr.Komsan Saelee realised about the current reputation of Flash Express. 👎
The Penang Jelutong Branch in Malaysia, the premises is the worst. They will never inform customer to collect back all the improper parcels due to damaged or AWB issues. A lot of so called "missing parcels" occurred. The supervisor with gangsters alike behaviour and napping at the corner of the premises like a King. An international company that can't be trusted. Please do someting to stop adding more "fresh" victims.

The company run by liars.

Ok naman nung una pero nung tumagal na puro RTS na ung pinapadala kong parcel. Kahut na non-cod bumabalik. Reason
1. Unreachable daw yung receiver

Lage nakasulat s tracking app nla na attempt tmwag at di sinasagot pero in fact nagaantay ung receiver ko ng call wala namang tmwag at text. Tpos recently dmtng ung parcel s client ko ng bukas na at may nawawalang item s loob. Thats the point na i decided to go back blng sa LBC. Khit mahal at least maayos at maasahan. Kahit mag RTS pa walang bayad ang shipping pabalik.
