If only I could just rate this shitty ass courier to 0 star lol. Probably one of the worst and slowest courier out there.
Carrier said customer is unreachable
Carrier said customer is unreachable. This is not true. They never tried to contact us. We sent text messages and phone calls. Neither were answered/replied. The do this frequently in our area. We have CCTV cameras at our gate and on our street. There was never a delivery attempt. Very unprofessional.

Their delivery is very worst!! The rider is so lazy. They did not even call or shout or knock on door . If they saw that the door is closed they just leave right a way! And put "the recipient has missed the delivery"! Really a very wost shipping company!

I am so disappointed with the service na binibigay ni Flash Express. My parcel was from Kalibo, Aklan na pinadala ni seller last March 31 and expected to deliver within 2-3 days, pero until now, April 4 hindi pa dumadating na gagamitin na sana ni baby for pictorial. Paano kasi from Kalibo, Aklan pinadaan pa sa Sta. Rosa, Laguna bago dalhin ng Iloilo.

Damaged parcel ! They treat your property like trash ! They know it's damaged and then expect me to accept it then want me to deal with the hassle of returns, drive 45 minutes each way pay for the gas wait for Lazada to approve the request and I am without the money and no package !!!

Flash express is the worst courier I’ve experienced. Riders are very rude and they even ask me to pick up the items when I already paid for the delivery fee. They will even reschedule the delivery of items without prior notice to the receiver. Never again with flash express!!!!

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them. Yesterday, I was supposed to receive my order, but I wasn’t at home, and no one was available to accept it. I informed their customer service and requested to receive the package the following day (which is today).
I waited the whole day, but I didn’t get any call or text message. Instead, they just canceled the delivery without any notice!
I am so pissed because i really need that order of mine and without any prior notice they just canceled it! every single time they are my courier this always happen!
Slow delivery
Slow delivery, delivery riders are liars, customer support are useless if you want a hassle inconvinient online shopping choose flash express.
Lazy delivery men
Tracked order status and the have attempted to deliver 5 times but no SMS or call received. Photos submitted by them as proof of delivery shows the parcel on the floor of a warehouse which means delivery attempt claims are false.

Very slow shipping. Its is beyond the expected time of delivery. Very inconvenient.

BAD DELIVERY SERVICE OF RIDERS
Just remove your service as logistics partners in the app if you can't provide good service it's just some of your rider was lazy to deliver the parcel. It was frustrating that the app will mark you as Recipient missed delivery with proof of payment. The proof of payment is just a picture of the parcel. They're not just lazy riders also they're lying about the delivery which is not true.

Courier GERBY BALLENTES is lying
One of your courier from Shopee named GERBY BALLENTES stated that there was an attempt to deliver but the address pinned was incorrect. My address was correct. I never had a problem with my parcel delivery ever since and never had a delay using this address. Obviously, your couriers is LYING. He never attempted the delivery.
FlashExpress will not deliver big items - warehouse in Tabunok, Talisay Cebu
I ordered a Canon Printer in Shopee. I received a text message from FlashExpress saying that they would deliver it on that day, but no one came. I saw in the Shopee app that delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Recipient missed deliver with proof of payment. The proof of payment is just a picture of the parcel. This has been repeated on the other day. Until we exchanged text message, and the rider asked to call me. He explained that they could not deliver my parcel because it is big and heavy. Saying that his motorcycle is small, and he is afraid he might get into accident. He said that they do not have a van like J&T. So, he gave me 2 options - 1. He will give it to another rider for a "special" delivery which means that the other rider would only bring my order. This means that I would pay the other rider. 2. I would pick-up the order from their warehouse. If I do not choose then they would return my item to the seller. With a heavy heart, I opt for option #2. I picked it up. There warehouse is located in Tabunok, Talisay Cebu. I reported this to Shopee because it really pains me that I paid 370 pesos delivery fee but then I have to picked it up. Nabayaran pa sila sa pag pick-up ko sa item. But Shopee denied my request to refund of the delivery fee or even give me a compensation for the inconvenience.
Very delayed service
Very delayed service. Riders are lazy and takes advantage of kind hearts. Riders call just to prove they contacted you, the mark the parcel as "delivery unsuccessful" until parcel has to be returned to sender.
Flash TRASH
If I can give -5 star, I would. There was a time that when I received my parcel, it was already opened and sealed with packing tape. When I opened my parcel, all of the clothes were inside out and not folded properly, considering it's brand new. What's worse is there was a missing item, when I contacted them they said it was like that when they received it, but cannot even show me any proof. Their customer service also sucks, does not respond promptly and useless. That's why I have no choice to return all the items, the only problem is the I did not get the whole refund due to the missing item which was around 700. Flash "EXPRESS" better change it to Flash TRASH.
