I had a very disappointing experience with Flash Express. On June 3, 2025, we submitted our items to their branch in Balamban, Cebu. The delivery was supposed to go to Dumanjug, which is just about an hour’s drive away. Yet days passed with no movement, and they falsely claimed the items were already in Dumanjug—even though nothing had actually been delivered.
Adding to the frustration, Flash Express doesn’t have a proper office—just a house depot. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and while they said staff might face penalties, we were the ones who suffered. We lost time, money, and our items were spoiled due to the delay.
After 15 days, the package still hadn't arrived. Based on this experience, I believe the staff, manager, and even the owner acted like scammers. Why hasn't the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shut them down, especially with the thousands of negative reviews out there?
This was my first—and definitely my last—time using their service. If you want peace of mind and reliable cargo delivery, go with J&T Express or LBC Express instead.

Dapat po sa inyo mag Sara nalang bilang courier,Wala kayong kwenta,napakatamad nyo Lalo rider nyo di man lang tumawag,kahit e tx mo para maupdate kaso tamad din mag reply, sobrang annoying na Sistema nyo,twice na Nangyari sakin antay ka sa Wala, Hanggang ibalik nalang kay seller...hoy !!di kayo naawa sa pagod Ng seller ipadala Ang items .?..TAs yong courier nilang Flash Express na tamaran mag deliver,pabaho bahuin lang yong parcel at ibalik Kay seller.... deserve nyo Po zero star makapiste

Even one star FLASH COMPANY doesn't…

Even one star FLASH COMPANY doesn't deserve. The worst courier service in Philippines, we have parcels via Shopee and been twice the product is totally damages as if they never care how big the sign of FRAGILE we put. We also experience that big amount of money lost because of their negligence of handling the items. Our business spent boxes, bubble wrap and fragile sticker specially a high valuable price of signage but this company doesn't care about their customer's struggle for business.

Manloloko yan mga driver nila sa Flash Express notification na magdedeliver tinetex namin at tinatawagan walng reply!!! Tatlong araw nila ginagawa yan sa amin dalawang order kami nghihintay dahil kuno ededeliver pero wala! Mga photos nila ni hindi sa lugar sa amin kahit call wala kami nareceived pero declared failed delivery!!! This is Boho Bilar province - delivery guys name: Gilbert Halina and Arlan Salodada Parohinog! Dapat sa inyo ma karma!!!

The (Surigao City) delivery riders…

The (Surigao City) delivery riders don't **ever call you on any delivery whatsoever (no load) but expect you to go out of your way to call them (which they may/may not answer)
They also find it so difficult finding locations within the barangay.
Then @ 5pm to 5.15pm sharp an message comes thru the Lazada app that they tried to contact you which is a blatant lie.
Lazada should refrain from using their services in my opinion....this has been going on for the longest time.
Never have problems with other delivery guys.

one of the riders are very rude and lazy, didn't do his job well such an irresponsible. tapos ako pa may mali na i was waiting lng nmn for update since di na daw nya e deliver e claim ko nlng daw sa area nila since bayad na such a lazy freak talaga nakakainis and yung mag claim nmn ng parcel ko is nag class pa so di kami nagkakaintindi sa sched and that's why i am asking him later that night if hindi ba pwede na e deliver nlng nya kasi busy yung mag claim tapos he is saying " ataya" which is a rude expression for me i know what it means though so yeah i am reporting him i hope he will learn his lesson

They just failed all 3 delivery…

They just failed all 3 delivery attempts so that they can return it to the seller with the reason that they can’t reach/contact the customer which is not true they never tried to contact me, I didn’t receive any calls, I only receive this message “ [FEX] Your parcel ****************** couldn't reach you. Please contact the branch at 9606924833 for any concerns.” repeatedly which is not helpful because they also didn’t reply to any of my texts (to the number attach to the text and the number they used to text me). I even checked the delivery photo from the lazada app (they attached it even though the delivery failed) and noticed that they are not even near my address based on the location on the photo. They are at a different barangay. This experience happens from june 3-6, 2025. Imagine how many days they have to text or call me and decided not to, very unprofessional. If I can rate them without any star I would do it because this also happened before. It cause me so much inconvenience because I have to wait for the refund then look for the same item with good reviews and similar price from other sellers then place another order hoping that I will have different delivery partner/courier so I can receive the item that I need.

-1000 yung review ko sa kanila. Ang flash express dito sa amin hindi nag dedeliver ng parcel. Walang may tumatawag or nagcocontact sayo. Kahit tawagan or e-text mo ang rider nila walang may sumasagot or nag rereply. Sila ang napaka-Worst Courier company Ever!! Walang Kuwentang Courier!! SANA MAG SIRA NA SILA!!

Flash Express (Shein) Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Flash Express. The assigned riders never responded to my calls or messages, and there was no update or communication at all. Since the delivery was urgent, I ended up having to pick up the parcel myself, which defeats the whole point of using a delivery service.
This caused a lot of unnecessary hassle and left a bad impression. I hope Shein looks into this so other customers don’t go through the same issue.

They are usually late in delivery sending things to the wrong depot adding to delivery time, handling is sometimes poor, product arrives damaged. Shopee should provide a choice, I would use J&T every time, they get 5 stars

If I could give a zero stars or negative stars I would. This so called delivery service should be decommissioned. They lie, They Promise delivery but nothing. In my Area (Sergio Osmena, Zambonga Del Norte) I was told by my Nephew we all have to pick up because Flash Express does not deliver. This van parks near the Catholic Church. People have to come and pick up. Many of the people come from far away. Think of the extra cost involved. Really a SHAMEFUL DELIVERY SERVICE! I ask why your delivery service. Does not Deliver. The answer was No motorcycle and not paid enough to deliver. Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me! I stopped ordering from Lazada and Shopee after a 9 yr. 6 months of Business relationship. I now order from Temu. Temu uses J&T Express. J&T Express has always delivered. Plus they have a delivery and receiving office in Sergio Osmena. I really loved Lazada & Shopee. But I refuse to be taken for a fool. I pay for delivery. I expect delivery! Until Flash Express is out of business in Sergio Osmena. Or Lazada & Shopee Go back to J&T Express or Ninja Van. I will Boycott their online shopping. Because it is no longer pleasant.

Absolute incompetence

Package already delayed 1 week from May 8 to May 15 Lazada. I could understand and wait, but then waited whole day on May 15 and no delivery came. Then the rider lied and said they could not contact customer when I never received calls. Calling every number they have for customer service, they either don't work or people refuse to answer after a few rings. The only customer service available is a call center in another part of the country giving empty assurances.

Ang pangit tlaga ng service ng courier na to! Yung parcel ko hindi dinideliver ilang days na. Gusto ata kunin pa. Ang tatamad ng mga rider. Ikaw yung masstress contakin sila. Hindi nila ginagawa ng mabuti ang trabaho nila. Jusko!

Worst Courier in the Philippines

Just like many others here, my experience with this absolute dogwater of a company has been a waste of time.

I have 2 different parcels (orders from Lazada) set to be delivered today, and yet both riders did the same tactic: I received texts stating "the parcel couldn't reach you, and I check my Lazada order statuses and both state "An attempt to deliver your parcel failed due to 'Customer is unreachable'."

That's funny, they never tried contacting me via message/calls. I also have security cameras pointed towards the street from my front gate, I've reviewed the footage and they did not show up near my home at all.

I know I won't be using Lazada anymore because I don't want to risk getting this shitty courier company again. I'll stick with Shopee. They at least give you a 15 minute window to change your parcel's courier (depending on available options in your area) after you confirmed your order.

The riders pretend to failed delivery but they take the pictures one hour away from our address.
Incorrect number of the rider.
More than 10 day delay for delivery.
Useless customers service.
Dont use this company to ship your things‼️‼️
