false delivery attempts by Flash Express, with almost all of my orders are tagged "undeliverable" despite being available. The riders lie about making an attempt to deliver and post pics to show "proof of delovery" with the geo tags showing a location nowhere near my actual delivery address and claim they have made an attempt to call me. Any attempt to contact the riders or customer service are ignored.

Worst Experience
My parcel sat idle for a week with no updated scans on their website. When it finally showed “out for delivery,” I waited the entire day only to see it marked as “missed delivery.” No one came. I contacted their chat support, which felt like talking to a robot. The responses were copy-pasted, lacking empathy or any acknowledgment of what actually happened. Before I could even finish explaining my concern, they abruptly ended the chat with their scripted closing line.
The second time my parcel was marked “out for delivery,” I immediately reached out to support to ensure it would arrive that day. Again, the same scripted replies: “already escalated,” “please wait,” and so on. I waited until 6 PM, constantly refreshing the tracking page, texting and calling the driver only to see it marked “missed” again, followed by “return to sender.” What is going on?
This experience was beyond frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would. From customer service to delivery operations, the entire system is broken. Flash Express needs serious improvement.
Completely lazy and incompetent
Completely lazy and incompetent. Someone in the organisation sent my package to a different delivery centre. They kept sending me different delivery notifications, but never delivered. When I went to the delivery centre they said that they do not deliver to my address, claiming that it was the responsibility of the centre closest to me. When I asked if they were going to send it to that centre, they replied that they weren't. They were actually in the process of returning my package to the sender when I picked it up. The other delivery centre is only about 4 kilometres away, yet they were too lazy and incompetent to deliver the package. Avoid this company, and tell your sellers to avoid it as well.
Tracking doesn’t work, no reply from company
I’ve been waiting for a delivery and it was due four days ago. The tracking says exactly the same that it’s on its way, and expected delivery date is 20/9/25 but that date was four days ago and yet the tracking information hasn’t changed . I have emailed the company and there is no response. I’m now in a position where I am going to have to do a section 75. I’m not happy at all. What a terrible delivery company.
Fake Pick Up Attempts
Seller here: For months now, ever since FLASH EXPRESS was added as one of the 'standard local' delivery options for Shopee sellers, they have been refusing to pick up orders. We have had orders cancelled from not being picked up for 3 days straight. I know they make fake delivery attempts, but in our case it is fake pick up attempts. This is the most unreliable and untrustworthy courier in the Philippines, right next to LBC.

Very disappointing service from Flash Express! This has happened to me many times, and only Flash does this. They always tag my parcel as ‘missed delivery’ without giving any call or text update. I even leave a waiver in the lobby so they can drop it off when I’m at work, but they still don’t deliver. I never experience this problem with other couriers—only with Flash. Their riders seem lazy and dishonest.

Sobrang disappointment na naman. For the third time, my parcel was suddenly cancelled without even an attempt to deliver. Nakakadismaya because I waited for that order and expected to be delivered only to end up with nothing. Nakakaramdam ako ng pangloloko at pangiinsulto bilang customer—parang wala silang pakialam sa oras at tiwala ng tao.
Hindi biro ang maghintay tapos bigla na lang mawawala yung inaasahan mo. Flash Express, your service is supposed to make things convenient, pero what I experienced is the opposite—stress, hassle, and frustration.
Sana naman you take responsibility and improve your system. Customers deserve better, not this kind of treatment.
And one more thing, why only rely to text messaging? What if, na lowbat SI customer or whatever reason na di nabasa text nyo? Kahit nabasa man din Wala rin Kasi di nyo nga deneliver Diba?. True to all customer naman, may naka indicate sa PARCEL na legit ADDRESS ni customer po, Mano ba yong e deliver nyo right in front of our doorstep,Kasi Diba ganun naman talaga!

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experiences with your delivery service, which have happened twice and caused significant inconvenience on my part.
In both instances, the delivery drivers never called or messaged me about my parcels. However, the tracking status falsely stated that the item was either "rejected by the customer" or "unable to contact." This is disappointing, especially since I made several efforts to contact the riders myself, through calls, text messages, and even Viber (where I could see my messages were read), but received no response.
In one case, I managed to speak with the rider, who politely requested to deliver the parcel the next day. I agreed, understanding his situation. But despite my cooperation, I later found out that the item was marked as “rejected by the customer” and was already being returned to the seller.
Both of these experiences resulted in my parcels being returned to the reseller, and I had to wait for two weeks with nothing delivered.
I hope you can look into this matter seriously and ensure proper training and accountability for your delivery riders. These repeated issues affect not only customers like me but also sellers who rely on timely deliveries.

I have ordered 2 products with Shopee and was sent thru flash express courier.
Both orders were cancelled by sellers because riders tagged as delivery failed attempt. I was waiting for my orders, but the riders did not even contact me.

I am so pissed because it was tagged again as delivery failed attempt. the rider did not bother to contact me and just tagged as failed attempt.
I hope the higher ups will be aware of how their staff handle deliveries and customer service.
Rude CSR and poor service
The seller sent the parcel on July 25 but until now the parcel has not arrived. All their agents named Joshua, Jessa, Mardy and Natt are so rude. If I don't push them to take action they will just sit and send non sense canned responses. But worst is coming they are saying that the parcel is now on delivery but I am out of town and no one is in the house to receive it. So my will be either be lost or return to sender which they don't process until I send them a photo of a valid ID. why would I send them? in the first place its all their fault.

My parcel got to the wrong branch and address. I spoke with the courier and they promised that they will send it to the correct one. Mind you same it's the same province, just different branch. I even send them an email to make sure it won't be returned to seller and they replied to verify my address. After that the status keeps on saying they've been calling my number and NO ANSWER WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS. Now, they return it to the seller. WORST COMPANY EVER! CSR IS USELESS.

I have a lot of orders but when the couriers is from Flash Express its always have a lot of reason to delayed the delivery of my order. It said in the Tracker “Customer Unable to Contact” how? If the courier never contacted me. I have a good signal and full bars signal. I already contacted the courier I message him but he never responses to my messages. I hope this will resolve and improve services
