Recently used FleetMilne to rent an apartment in Birmingham City Centre and it's been a seamless experience. From initial enquiry to getting the keys, I've had constant communication and updates.

We have recently handed the property we rented back to Fleetmilne, the process took a little longer than we expected as there was some confusion regarding the status of the property when we moved in (there was no deep clean due to the first lockdown). Once this had been sorted our deposit was paid promptly and in full. All the staff have been courteous & helpful. I would recommend this company to any prospective renters out there. Great service from these guys, they dealt with letting out my property much faster and smoother than expected, I thought I'd be waiting months during this pandemic, but with these guys it was so fast.

Super helpful and friendly team. Everyone I've spoken to has been very personable and really nice. They always do their best to resolve any issues and are always quick at replying and getting back to you when you need.
