Flight Centre UK - Flight Centre Mayfair Avis 

This isn't the first time I've travelled with Flight Centre, but this experience has been truly exceptional. The service I received from Elliot Humm was second to none, genuinely luxury service from start to finish, and I will only be booking through him going forward.

I came to him with a very last-minute request, and he still managed to put together an amazing package for me. Thank you, Elliot you are an absolute asset to Flight Centre, and I can't wait to book with you again.

Hector S Cocco, the Flight Centre travel consultant, is what made my experience great. I’ve always used the Flight Centre (U.K.) to book my flights to the US. They are based in London, at the end of the (a landline number) ‘phone, answered by a human Travel Consultant (not an auto “Chatbot”) and offer a very wide selection of carriers, ticket pricing, destinations, packages & travel dates. No matter how often (over 4 days) I changed my plans, Hector stuck with me through thick & thin. I particularly liked how Hector flagged up transfer times (if you were landing at one airport, but going on from another), connection times within the same airport (1 hour is not enough at JFK) baggage allowances, ESTA requirements. He endlessly checked for pricing between airlines to accommodate my budget & provided formal quotes within less than an hour. Hector reminded me why I use the Flight Centre (U.K.).

I was very pleased with the helpful, friendly and professional service provided by Robert Pyle at Flight Centre. He was great to deal with throughout the process to advise and book our flight tickets to Australia. He was always good to his word and communicated with us on the phone and email to ensure that we booked the most appropriate flights at the best price. I am happy to recommend others to get in touch with Robert to book flights.

I have problems understanding the intricacies of flight booking , recently I was not allowed to board the flight because of a spelling mistake in my ticket! It was then I decided to hand it all over to Elliot , he guided me through everything, quite gently and with caring thought. I will not book another trip without him .

Elliot was super helpful for our trip from LHR-SYD. It's a long flight and with 2 children it can be stressful. Elliot managed to secure all bulkhead seats for us without any extra charges and was on call for whatever question I had. Would definitely recommend Flight Centre to friends and family travelling with kids.

I had a family emergency that meant needed a flight to China on a few hours notice. I had options and was on a plane that evening. When I needed to extend my stay, again at short notice, the emergency number service was unbelievable. They answered immediately and sorted the change in flight with zero fuss. I have been using flight centre for years for my overseas travel and have never been anything but satisfied and impressed with their service, especially this time when I had a lot on my plate to deal with. Jack was so good with my parents. I am in Australia and my parents are in their 80s and had to book flights urgently to Australia after my dad’s cancer diagnosis. They find online and bookings etc incredibly challenging. Jack made them feel so cared for when he sorted all their flights and it was such a help in a really difficult time.

I had the most amazing trip to Dominica. It was a pilgrimage to visit the land of my father who died 20 years, just before we were supposed to make the journey together.
The help, advice and guidance I received from Hector at the Flight centre was probably the tenderest care I have experienced in customer service, ever. When I recount the incredible trip to friends and family, I also mention Hector and how he held this important experience for me with such care and respect. I trusted the itinerary that he set out for me, which meant that I got to stay at the beach, in the jungle, the rainforest and the city on this incredibly beautiful island. The whole thing was so much more than I expected it to be.
I'm really excited to be returning to Dominica with my husband next year and feel safe in the hands of Hector organising this for me.

My wife and I have been Flight Centre clients for nearly a decade, mainly working with Rob Pyle; now the manager at the new Mayfair office, and the service has always been excellent. Rob’s knowledge and professionalism mean we get sensible, well‑thought‑out advice on flights, accommodation and transfers. He’s patient, practical and always ready with alternatives to keep trips cost‑effective and stress‑free.

We’re seasoned travellers, having lived in around 15 countries and visited most corners of the world, so we do book some of our own European trips. But we still strongly recommend Flight Centre. Their prices are very competitive, and while they take a commission, it’s absolutely worth it.

Dealing with Elliot and the team has been beyond a pleasure. The exceptional Awesome service has got me convinced that there is only one place to deal with my travels in the future. Sophie was excellent , not only in assisting us with our original booking, but she also went over and above the call of duty and went the extra mile to help in our recent short flight one too. We would have no hesitation in booking again with the Flight Centre and there is only one person we will ask for when we do.

2 days before I was due to fly with Emirates via Dubai to New Zealand where I was due to see my family, I had to abandon the journey due to the war. I was prepared for not being able to do the trip at all, but I called Flight Centre and spoke with Elliot who went to such a lot of time and trouble to try and find me an affordable trip going via the USA, and thanks to his perseverance and patience he did just that. I'm very grateful and will arrange any long trips in the future with Flight Centre.
