I used this company for a short trip to Italy. I needed help with flights and hotels, and the information and advice I received from George Maule was excellent, taking full account of my preferences and worries. I received prompt replies to all my queries, and the itinerary sent to me confirming the final arrangements was clear and accurate in every detail. I had to curtail my holiday for personal reasons and return to London earlier than scheduled. I phoned George, who changed my flight immediately, and within a matter of hours I was on my way back. Throughout the process of organising this trip, George was at all times accessible and efficient, and his pleasant and relaxed manner reassured me that I was in safe hands. I consider the service I received to be exceptional.

I had an urgent need to get to Melbourne Australia due to a family crisis. Kimberly Humphreys at the Richmond office of Flight Centre UK was fantastic. She called me back within an hour of my request and explained my options really clearly. I have a limited budget, but she still managed to find me a great last minute deal on a good airline. I was booked and had all my documents and tickets within 2 hours of contacting her. It is a great relief to know I will be with my Melbourne family in a few days. It means the world.

During a six month stay in Australia I was diagnosed with a serious illness the treatment of which ment that I would not be fit to travel on my scheduled flight back to England, I contacted Sacha Johnstone , my contact at Richmond Flight Centre, and explained the situation, which was very stressful for me and she told me not to worry at all , I gave her the date of when I would be fit to travel and she rescheduled everything for me without me having to worry about a thing, it really made things so much less stressful for me and I am very grateful for that

Flight Centre make booking flights so easy; there are lots of online tools available, but it can be so overwhelming with so much information, and figuring out hidden fees, best dates to fly etc. Flight Centre took my requirements and provided me with an excellent option that was cheaper than what I would have got online for a direct flight and better flight times. Alana at the Richmond Centre was a gem - highly recommend.

We decided to travel at short notice to British Columbia and needed to put plans in place with flights and accommodation and take the option of a train ride through the Rockies.
Flight Centre, Richmond office answer the call and plan A &plan B were put to the test.
The thirteen night package was agreed with the outbound flight to Vancouver and the return from Calgary. Only two seats left on the return.

We always use Jessica for our international flights and she is delightful to work with. Everything goes smoothly and it’s lovely to catch up with her.
