I really had a bad experience about my…
I really had a bad experience about my booking, i booked a return tickets from Capetown to my holiday destination & i noticed that there were services added on my flight which i never requested for.
I only asked for an extra bag & then specialused equipment,priority boarding,Flight changes,snack voucher as well as flight cancellation were included without my consent.

Huge thank you for travel assistance
We are a group of 5 middle aged Australians who needed travel assistance. Gail went beyond her scope to make contact with an African airline that had not confirmed our paid booking. Gail printed our etickets and forwarded confirmation to us. Also advised us of a flight time change 5 days later. She and the team also provided valuable out of the way tourist spots to visit. Thank you is not enough for her help. Bernie and extended family.
