Flight Centre South Africa - Flight Centre Pavilion Avis 

I recently booked a holiday to Thailand for my family through the Pavilion branch of Flight Centre, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Yolanda asked all the right questions and managed to put together a fantastic package that suited both our needs and the budget we gave her. Shortly after we booked, the unrest in Iran began, and before we could ask any questions, Yolanda reached out to reassure us and ease our concerns about our trip.

Even when an issue arose during the process, she immediately had solutions and alternative options ready for us, which actually resulted in us spending an extra day in Thailand. The level of service and care was truly exceptional.

When Yolanda went on leave, her colleague Natasha stepped in and continued assisting us without any interruptions. It really showed how strong and professional the entire team is.

The whole Pavilion Flight Centre team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will definitely be booking my next holiday through them again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

I initially called and spoke to a consultant who assured me that she would send through the requested quotes. I never received them, nor did I receive any follow-up communication. I then called again and spoke to another consultant, who promised a two-hour turnaround time for the quotes. Once again, nothing was sent and there was no update or explanation.

In the end, I had to send my partner physically into the Flight Centre branch just to obtain the quotes and to be taken seriously as a customer. Basic follow-up and communication are fundamental to customer service.

The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism was frustrating and a complete waste of our time. I sincerely hope this branch improves its communication and service standards, as this experience has been far below expectations.

I had the best agent help me with my flights (Simone Bloem). She was quick, patient, friendly and professional at the same time.
