The desktop version used to be acceptable, but a recent change added a large side panel that covers around 20% of the screen and functions mainly as an upsell area. When you click the X, it does not collapse the panel but sends you to a sales page, which feels misleading and very frustrating. This single design choice is enough for me to stop using the service and to look for alternative flight-tracking apps.

On mobile, the app is now filled with frequent, intrusive full-screen ads that interrupt use and appear to be deliberately designed to be difficult to close. Together, these changes mean the free offering no longer provides a reasonable user experience, especially when there are other flight-tracking apps that offer a cleaner interface and fewer interruptions. I would strongly encourage prospective users to compare alternatives using AI before wasting time on this one.

Brilliant for when I hear a plane fly over - I whip out flightradar and it tells me which aircraft im hearing!

The app is covered in adverts.
One called Marketnow24 popped up, somehow linked itself to an age check to access a map on the app.
I did authorise a zero pounds and pence transaction with my bank to get the access.
They used it to charge me £29.90 for a subscription I don't want and didn't authorise!!
Emailed them for a refund, told nope they won't give one.
Now a fraud investigation by my bank.
Avoid!

A Scam! They show huge delays where there aren't!

The free version used to include information such as altitude, speed etc. I see this is now removed. Making this app useless compared to many other free apps available. Don't waste your time. App removed, and using other apps that still provide more information.

Awful. Ads are obstructing and covering the maps and information. Does not support WebGL2 browsers

I have been using the silver plan for 2 years, and it's extremely useful for frequent flyers.

applicazione normale . niente di più e niente di meno . dopo un utilizzo di 2 anni convinto di aver fatto una scelta giusta , con abbonamento , posso dire che ci sono soluzioni molto più convenienti e che sicuramente hanno molte meno restrizioni rispetto a questo sito . non scrivo il nome dei siti o dei programmi usati ma ho visto velivoli non mostrati su flightradar ma presenti su altri portali . ho letto poi che flightradar ha molte restrizioni per la visualizzazione . è un peccato e visto che c'è chi paga direi che non mi sembra una app indispensabile per un appassionato . ce ne sono altre a un miglior mercato .

IMMORAL! This business should be shut down for good. They overide your device and put up videos you cannot stop. This is a violation of everyones rights. It causes severe reaction and has personally given myself a significant problem. We ALL need to move away from this 'Profit Takes All' mentality. We all deserve better - and the people in charge and who own all companies that misuse their power should be stopped and stripped of their money and power. Come the revolution!

Updates on flights are delayed. Worthless if the information is not updated immediately.

Meine Beobachtung im Großraum des Frankfurter Flughafens. Leider werden die tatsächlichen Flugspuren nicht dargestellt sondern nur die geplante Flugroute der Airlines.

I give three stars, as it was a very good page, now it's unusable in phone, it does not even work anymore and the phone freezes with gray backround and adverts side bar... past 5 and present 1 = 6/2= 3 stars!

The junk & spam adverts that auto-rotate through each individual flight data sub-screen are beyond a joke but I guess this is designed to irritate people enough into paying for an ad free subscription.

Da appassionato di aerei ho sempre amato questa app e non credo che ce ne sia una migliore per la funzione che ha. Sempre molto precisa nel tracciare i voli e fornirti tante informazioni utili su di essi.

L'unica pecca è che io avevo fatto un acquisto permanente per avere tutto sbloccato, ma purtroppo è stato rimpiazzato da un sistema di abbonamento che mi ha fatto perdere quegli sblocchi. Inoltre tutte le nuove cose che vengono aggiunte sono ormai sempre riservate agli abbonati, ad esempio i nuovi filtri per categoria.

Flight Radar used to be excellent but in the last couple of years sadly you see more adverts than FlightRadar’ it’s full of adverts leading into More adverts & infact some adverts like Royal Match actually freezes my iPhone 16 which is 256Mb memory , the only way to get rid of it is by switch the phone off and rebooting it. The site is Full Off adverts every few mins , Just go to Adsbex ‘ superior and free of charge

Wonderful website, hours of entertainment, very reasonable subscriptions in 3 price tiers. Team it with Flight Focus 365 on YouTube and you could well be in an airport control tower. Take no notice of the poor reviews.

I downloaded Flight Radar to monitor a flight delayed due to the Air Traffic Control chaos today.
It asked me to register my account for which it wanted to debit me £0.00 just for verification purposes.
However, every time I endeavoured to look up this flight, it brought me to a film site which involves a monthly payment.
Given that it got my financial details to register, it is just too dangerous to use, lest I inadvertently sign up to films that I do not want.
Flight Radar now deleted!
