I paid the price for the PRO app years ago, and it has now become a subscription per option amounting to around 35 $ per year,

It is a good app that I use seldomly. I now have to pay annual subscriptions for the little use I make of it,

This is unfair.

Paid for the pro app a few years ago. Now got messaging from them that they will discontinue the app and start up a new app with subscription payment. Dishonest way to force me into a new subscription not even offering a refund. Will not subscribe.

Paid for ad free app for indefinite period. They cancelled it unlawfully and want me to pay more. Be careful.

Unless you love flushing money down your toilet, do not buy anything from this company/app. I bought a lifetime license with them a few years back that converted into an expired account and an email asking for a signup to their subscription plan.

Horrible experience! I liked the app for a while, paid for gold annual account. Cancelled a few months ago. Then, they charged me for another year. Total run around from customer service and no help. Luckily I kept a screenshot of the subscription page showing I cancelled. Used that to go to my credit card company and got a full refund through AMEX, not flightradar24. Terrible company based on how they tried to rip me off after I cancelled. Stay away.

Needed historic info on a specific flight for delay claim purposes. Obtained quickly via free trial. Honest service which I would sign up for as paying customer if I had a regular need. Would not have minded to pay for just a single look up. Good luck going forward - recommended!

Flight radar 24 brilliant app for aviation enthusiasts.very helpful staff to help you out if any problems.

Good plane tracking app for iPhone.. the only draw backs are that none of the private jets are abled to be tracked they only say the aircraft type. Some flights are blocked because a government or pilot has requested it. Flightradar charges a $500 fee for aircraft to be blocked from appearing. It does track a good 80% but not everything military flights are excluded as well.

10/10 customer service. They even refunded my gold subscription when I figured out it renewed itself.
It goes without saying that I've been on this webstite literally everyday for the past 8 years or so. It is THE website anyone who loves aviation must visit.

Paid for some upgrade features on the old version - on the new version this counts for nothing and I am back to a basic subscriber. Great attitude towards one of the few people that provided them with a living. Now I see they have filled Android comments with fake 5 star reviews. What a dishonest bunch this lot are.

I paid on my iPhone to remove ads in the Flightradar24 iOS app. I then moved to an Android phone. Flightradar24 support refused to transfer my licence so I had to pay again! Now this company have renamed the app to leave paying customers without future upgrades. So for the third time they want money to remove ads that I already paid to remove! Their support tries to get me to reinstall the old version that they renamed because they want to reuse the old name with the new app that requires you to pay a monthly fee to remove ads. Am I the only unhappy customer? Shame on you.
