Ordering and delivery of floor grinder…
Ordering and delivery of floor grinder was easy to do and arrived in 3 working days as stated. Actually used the floor grinder today and found it easy to use after watching a video on line. There could be a better manual on how to use the machine and what parts needed to be tightened, like the brush attachment, should it be tightened at the collar or should it be a bit loose to move around.( the instructions in the manual not very helpful).
As a female using this I found the floor grinder easy to manoeuvre.

Ordering easy, delivery slow
I liked the ease of finding what I wanted and placing an order. I didn’t like that it had to be ordered from another supplier so would take a couple if days and I certainly didn’t like DPD taking an extra day to deliver it, use another transport company if DPD are going to let customers down!

Thank you for your feedback, we are really pleased to hear you found the website and ordering process straightforward.
Some items are supplied directly from our manufacturer, though we do try and keep as much as possible in stock, which can add a short lead time; and we always aim to make this clear at the point of order.
We do not use DPD, however this information has been passed forward onto our couriers to ensure this does not happen again. If you do have any further questions or issues, please let me know.

Very good value for money. Quick delivery, but would have been nice to have a bit more notice for when it will be delivered.

What I ordered was fine but the lack of communication was a joke emailed multiple times and had no reply stats on there website 2-3 days delivery mine took over a week

About as dodgy as they come
About as dodgy as they come. Emails are rejected. Telephone njumber given is 'that number not recognised'. They use DX - the worst delivery compoany in the world - so when DX do their usual thing of dumping the parcel anywhere but where they are supposed to, after contacting DX to complain, DX say go back to who sold it to you. Floormart! See the first couple of sentences.
