Misleading FAQs
Sludging - they give the vibe that unopened, undamaged goods can be returned (per the FAQs) but in actual terms and conditions, not so easy to find and read, reject partial returns - eg fully unopened packs of flooring in excess of requirements. This is misleading and borderline charlatan.

Extremely bad experience with flooring…
Extremely bad experience with flooring king. Our Quickstep flooring was chipping all over from everyday items that were not sharp or heavy! Flooring king initially didn't respond so I sent it again, and they replied stating that theycwould forward it to Unilin (quickstep). However they also stated that if Quickstep wouldn't help, they would get someone out to help us. Months past and no reply. I called them again and they had a reply but didn't contact me regarding it. Basically if you drop anything on quickstep flooring it voids the warranty! Flooring king said they hadn't had any customers with similar problems and they wouldn't do anything to help either. This flooring is either a cheaper repacked item from Flooring king or packs that are below standard. It chips so easy that its actually unbelievable. Non of our other flooring has chipped the same way! I wouldn't recommend this disgusting company or their flooring! We have the rest of the house to do now and we will be going straight to reputable companies, unlike flooring king! No customer service, rude sales staff that blame the customer and take no responsibility for their products. I am now seeking legal action. Beware of this company!

October 2026 ordered quickstep flooring and underlay from their online website for my home in Glasgow.
Easy to navigate website and prices are very competitive.
My order was delivered on time, delivery guy was excellent and put the pallet of goods straight into my garage.
I had occasion to call their helpline once and was dealt with in a very helpful manner.
A company I have no hesitation in recommending.
