Best price, quickest delivery and free too. Customer service was clear and helpful and the delivery was to the door. Needed the product in a hurry and this company delivered, literally and metaphorically.

Great product, poor delivery control
The purchase was easy, the booking system good. The product excellent, it was also very well packed on a pallet, no damage to boxes at all. The process came apart however in the delivery. stages. It failed to arrive on the appointed day. I called the company later in the day to be told that the third party courier had rearranged the delivery for the following day, Fait accompli , negotiation not offered. Very apologetic, but this company need to realise that an apology is not a resolution. I was fortunate that I could be at home the following day, otherwise I might well have arrived home to a pallet of heavy goods on the pavement or blocking my driveway. Warning of a delay in delivery is evident in TC's. The company state that they accept no responsibility. Take my word for it they really mean it including notifications of delay.

We're genuinely sorry, however, that the delivery experience didn't meet the same standard.
As a nationwide flooring retailer, we rely on third-party delivery networks to provide our customers with competitive delivery rates. Whilst the vast majority of deliveries arrive as planned, occasional delays can unfortunately occur outside of our direct control.
That said, we completely appreciate your point that an apology alone isn't always a resolution. We also recognise how important communication is, particularly when customers have made arrangements to be home to accept a delivery.
Whilst our terms and conditions explain that delivery dates can be subject to change, this certainly doesn't mean we disregard our responsibility to our customers. We always aim to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible and keep customers informed wherever we can.
We're sorry that you weren't notified sooner of the change to your delivery date, and we appreciate your feedback regarding how these situations are handled.

We waited in all day for the flooring…
We waited in all day for the flooring to be delivered had the fitter in at the weekend. We were told that the driver would give us a call 2 hours before the delivery so we thought was great. But nothing no phone call we called flooring king and they said it was the delivery company but our contact was with flooring king. They called us back saying at 5.30pm it wasn’t coming as they hadn’t heard from the delivery people so a whole day of waiting and a floor fitter that was coming in had to be cancelled. This was a Friday so we called on the Monday as no one got in contact with us to sort out again it was a shambles it finally came at 3pm that day no apology no nothing very disappointed considering we had to re arrange everything. Won’t be using again.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts to obtain an update from the courier, we were unable to confirm the status of your delivery until later in the day. We recognise that the communication surrounding your delivery could have been better, and we're sorry that you were left having to chase for further updates.
We're pleased that your flooring was delivered on the following working day, although we appreciate this doesn't undo the disruption to your plans.
We work hard to provide a reliable service at competitive prices, and whilst occasional courier delays are unfortunately unavoidable, we recognise that how these situations are communicated and managed is equally important.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We're disappointed that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.
