Great service
I had problem ordering from
Website but it was my phone that was the problem, therefore I called and received excellent customer service and resolved my issue and order made.
The delivery was advised by emailed and delivered within the window allocated and the delivery person was polite, courteous and very careful bringing carpet into my house.
Hundred percent recommend this company that’s me used the company twice.

Extremely poor customer service – would not use again
We placed a substantial order for laminate flooring with Flooring King midweek, with delivery scheduled for the following Monday.
On the Friday, just one working day before delivery, I received an email advising that there was a problem with our order. Rather than supplying the flooring we had purchased, they offered an alternative in the same design but with a completely different thickness, which was unsuitable for our requirements.
What was particularly disappointing was that nobody even bothered to telephone us to explain the situation. I had to call them myself after receiving the email, only to discover that our flooring had apparently been sent to another customer in error. They couldn't tell me when it would be returned or offer any meaningful solution.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is that I subsequently approached another flooring supplier. After explaining what had happened, they immediately recognised that, given the size of our order, they could contact the manufacturer directly and arrange delivery through their haulage company. They managed to organise delivery of the exact flooring we wanted for the following Wednesday.
Why couldn't Flooring King have explored the same option? There appeared to be very little effort to resolve their own mistake or retain our business. Instead, they simply processed a refund and left us to sort everything out ourselves.
Mistakes happen, but it is how a company deals with them that matters. In this case, the communication, customer service and willingness to find a solution were extremely disappointing.
I would not use Flooring King again and certainly wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.

So so helpful on the phone, I sent homedrawn plans of rooms after 3 attempts by me (Im old), was very patient with me through it all, was delivered within the 2 hour slot we still have one more room to fit, but very very happy with it all.
