ive always enjoyed the tours

The head tour guides were confused with our needs. was disappointed with
small elevators, rooms a/c not working. always late for late dinners which were left over at hotels. very disappointed with paella got only one shrimp and asked for another one but got a cold lousy shrimp.
I prefer small group of 20 , not 40.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Flotours on our trip to Turkey. The accommodations were excellent and the guide extremely knowledgeable! Their itinerary gave us an excellent overview of the country and culture. We have been on many group tours with other companies and Flotours is one of the very best.

some were good and some were "bad plan"
We already had a meeting with him and he regretted. After
that, he was doing his best.

Last two years ago I went to Turkey with group deaf and Mack Harris. That was very good job and two interpret were very good. I was really enjoyed in Turkey. I would like to trip again about Jordan and Egypt.

Flo Tours arranged trips to Iran and Uzbekistan and both trips were extremely well planned and well priced. Would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible experience with FLoTours In Spain and Morocco. They didn't stick to the itinerary, had lunch very late three days in a row at 4 PM. The tour guide was rude... blasted us for requesting a change of lunch, etc. We often witnessed verbal sparring between the main tour guide and local guide on the bus and outside. Very unprofessional. Would never want to travel with FloTours again.

Almost 10 months after the trip, I have forgotten the details. However, it stands out in my mind that the trip was poorly organized and I would never use this outfit or recommend it in future.

X-lent service. Tour guide met us personally and took us to hotel. He is very knowledgeable - a history scholar who was very familiar with places on our tour. Could not have asked for more.

Awful experience, one interpreter showed her preference on one specific tourist, tips should be included with the whole trip. Food tasted awful, favorism, etc

We, group of 8, booked their Turkey & Egypt tour. Egypt portion needed to be cancelled because of riots. They refunded $ 1800 to one couple and in spite of promise of refund to six of us they never honored the commitment.

We have traveled with Flo twice, to China, and to New Zealand and Australia, in each case to see solar eclipses. The hotels were amazing, the experiences in the itinerary were interesting and fun, and our guides were professional and well-informed. I wish our schedule would allow us another trip with them!

Our trip was outstanding and still talk about it. Our agent nailed it as far as where we wanted to go and where to stay as well as scheduled the things we love to do. Would use then =m again in a heartbeat!
