I’ve gotten two arrangements from here recently and they were both really very lovely. I am very impressed, they’re clearly paying attention to detail and care about quality here.

My nephew's birthday was Saturday. I ordered the flower bouquet Saturday morning because the site's first page said "same day delivery."
When I made out the order form, the form said "delivery on Monday." I was disappointed, but understood, since it was early afternoon Saturday.

Then I received a reply saying the bouquet was being processed. I found the phone number, called them from Florida and asked if it might be delivered that same day. They said yes and then accomplished it!

PS. I hate all the added charges that made my cost go up from $64 to $90 !!

Flower Den is my go-to for local floral needs. The owner is very nice and helpful, as are all the employees that I have encountered there. The quality of the floral products (flowers and greenery) is unmatched in northern VA. I don't even live in the city where the shop is located, but I have driven there just to get flowers...THAT is how much I love this sweet little shop. On this specific visit, I purchased a birthday cake and a floral arrangement... the cutest and freshest thing ever. It was a hit for my daughter! And the delivery driver was amazing.

Quick and easy pick up! The bouquets are beautiful and very unique. They smell great , too. Definitely will be placing another designers choice order next time !

Excellent communication. The vase I originally picked was out of stock and they reached out immediately and provided me with a variety of replacement options keeping me updated along they way. The order was delivered on time and I got a picture from the recipient and they looked great just like the picture online. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.
