As an aspiring pilot, the A320 simulator experience was absolutely amazing. Captain Paul was a fantastic instructor - he was very patient, guided me through each step and explained everything thoroughly, so there was no confusion at all. He answered all my questions, and this experience really confirmed my career choice. Great gift for any aspiring pilot in your life! Would go again!

I was given a birthday flight simulator experience and it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received — truly first class from start to finish.
As a nervous flyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Paul was outstanding. He was professional, patient, and explained everything in clear, simple terms. After covering safety procedures, he walked me through the controls on the Airbus simulator and showed how everything worked together.
He introduced different flying conditions, including situations I’d experienced as a passenger and always wondered about. Seeing them demonstrated completely changed my perspective and eased my anxiety.
The simulator was incredibly realistic, and I left feeling not only thrilled by the experience but far more confident about flying. I would highly recommend it — Paul made it exceptional.

I'm not a pilot but was bought the voucher as a Christmas present. The instructor was fantastic and really helped us get the most out of the experience. Would recommend to anyone who has an interest in planes or flying.

Brilliant experience!
My wife did the flight simulator experience while I watched from behind, and it was excellent from start to finish. With Paul as the instructor, she was able to take off, land, experience different weather conditions, and simulate emergency situations and the correct procedures. Paul was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and all questions were answered clearly. He explained everything in a way that never made her feel uncomfortable or silly, despite being a complete novice.

Highly recommend this experience. We’ll definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this experience for anyone with an interest in flying.The instructor Paul,was very informative and helpful,making this experience very enjoyable for myself and my wife and daughter who accompanied us in the simulator. We were allowed to take photos and videos of the experience which were great to have. A must try and you won’t be disappointed. Fantastic!!!!

From start to finish a fabulous experience under the command of Paul – a true professional. I am an aviation enthusiast ever since joining the Air Training Corps at school almost 60 years ago! But this is a must for anyone vaguely interested or even with a fear of flying. To take controls during take-off and landing and be involved in simulated bird strikes, on coming aircraft and poor visibility scenarios showed the capabilities and safety functions of this remarkable aircraft. A day to remember.

Had a brilliant time at Alpha tech experiencing the Airbus simulator. Paul was such a friendly, helpful, reassuring person before and during my time there. Using the simulator was excellent, so realistic. I was put through several experiences, including take off, landing, different weather conditions, and even a bird strike. Can thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. This was my second visit to the Airbus simulator and really enjoyed every minute. Paul was so helpful and I never felt under pressure at any time. It was a fantastic route Paul had picked from Venice to Skopje in Northern Macedonia, the scenery was amazing. Lovely to have so much hands on during the flight both takeoff and landing, as well as learning about an ILS approach. As a keen flight simulator user I learnt so much and it was great to be flying the real thing. Can’t wait to visit the A320 simulator again.
