I ordered our company Christmas cards as I have done for the past few years, was struggling with the order initially and emailed for assistance. I was guided through the order by Rob and the cards arrived promptly.

Was struggling to order the leaflets I wanted online so got in touch with the team on their chat option, Rob was fantastic and talked me through what I needed to do to create the leaflets I wanted. They arrived yesterday and what a great product they are, really pleased with the quality and design on them. Highly recommended, will definitely be using them again for my next leaflets

They don't track business.
They don't track business.
Last Thursday they finished my order and sent it to me via DHL parcel who is really rubbish company.
DHL sent an email delivery day is 24th July but there is no result for 4 days. maybe it seems DHL problem but it is about both of them. every day I waited at home, every day same thing no delivery. I wanted my money refund. they don't pay it back. I bought something and paid for sth and no leaflets :)
If you do your business like this, please don't do it.

Sorry to hear that you've had issues with receiving you print after it had been despatched. We despatch hundreds of boxes every day & the vast majority arrive as expected with no issues.
We've seen some disruption with deliveries due to the current situation and we make sure to investigate all reported delays. We have to trust that our selected partners are doing the right thing to get our orders from A to B.
James in the support team has spoken to DHL every day since you first contacted us and we are just as disappointed this couldn't be resolved quickly. The delay in delivery has been escalated with DHL Managers at local and regional level for their review. I understand that your leaflets have now been delivered one day later than the expected date when the order was placed which we have compensated for.
Reasonably priced
Reasonably priced. Good customer service. Excellent product range. Very quick delivery. Can not fault them. Would highly recommend.
