Have ordered business cards approximately about 1 month ago and I have still not received it. No e-mail contact to say why it has not been delivered. I would have thought that if they had a problem they would have contact the client.

The product was delivered on time,but the artwork supplied was to small for the printed paper,it had just been supplied as artwork ,no changes to fit had been made
I should have gone to a company and had it adjusted to fit the paper

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order.
I have reviewed your order and can see that your artwork was not the correct size to fit the print ordered, this issue was identified in the proof sent.
The file supplied to us would not allow us to adapt your artwork to fit the print size correctly, only place the artwork to ensure all text was safely in the print area. This was proofed to you before printing.

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you were let down by the courrier, unfortunately this is often outside of our control. We have now switched couriers as part of a periodical review of our suppliers, hopefully this will help things run smoothly for future orders.

Great service.
I have just received my third order of business cards and again, I have been impressed with the quality of the product and the general customer service. It took just a few days from placing my order to receipt and I was regularly informed of progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending Flyerzone.
