The guy that was with us was brilliant. Absolutely loved it. Joined in with the group and made it a great experience. Would definitely do it again. Thank you for the experience.

Had a fantastic time, we did the 2 hour combo of combat archery and zorbing. Jasper was a great host and allowed us to be totally flexible. We really enjoyed the archery so actually spent more time doing that.
Also their communication over email was great, would definitely recommend footballzorbing.

Initial correspondence wasn’t clear about exactly how it all worked in practice but once we resolved that everything was great. In particular on the day the host, Michael in Glasgow was absolutely amazing. He completely made the party for us and all the kids. He was patient, fun, not phased by them at all. Everyone had a great time.

Was a little apprehensive because of some of the reviews and the fact that they weren't super responsive to my messages but the event went smoothly and the co-ordinator was fantastic - lots of fun, very glad that I went with them.

Good fun overall! We had a few teething problems and issues with a few of the zorbs deflating, but everyone still enjoyed their evening. We didn’t get much football played though, mainly spent the evening flipping!

Overall disappointing.

Logistics/communication were fine but our event organiser Zoe brought very low energy on the day. We had booked onto 'Bubble MayHen' for my sister's hen do but there were no hen-related games and efforts by Zoe were half-hearted. We resorted to making up our own activities instead.

The zorbs were also incredibly smelly inside - clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages (if ever).

Got some funny photos (taken by us) but overall I wouldn't recommend - or I'd recommend speaking to the company first to ensure you have a decent event organiser on the day.

Fantastic event, very well organised and Jasper was brilliant. If you’re a stag do I can only highly recommend this.

The guys in the office made it all very easy for organising our event,Aiman who set up and helped us out on the day was great and I highly recommend this company

Great experience did combat archery and football zorbing. Zorbing was much more energetic than thought and enjoyed combat archery much more than thought!

Both sessions were well supervised and everyone in my best friends stag do enjoyed it.

The activity was fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed by all of our pupils. Booking was very straightforward and easy.

My reason for not giving 5 stars is because the team have to arrive 1hr15mins before the activity, which we were not informed of. This meant we did not have the staff readily available to escort them on school site during this time, which was problematic.

Shocking customer service. Waiting also on a refund as the company cancelled the night before the party. Not answering phone nor replying to emails. I would not bother

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! My sons 8th Birthday Party was cancelled at 7.30pm the night before his party and I am still to receive a refund of £350 5 days later. I can’t get hold of the company and have called the phone number a few times to which it says that the number is not in service!! Communication and Customer Service was shocking from the start. I had my concerns back in January. I sent an email and was told “I have nothing to worry about”. I was expected to pay for the full balance of my booking without written confirmation of my booking. I had to fight for this, and was once again on the phone told “I have nothing to worry about”. I was called at 7pm on the night before my son’s football zorbing birthday party to tell me that the venue and time had changed. I was then text 30 minutes later telling me that the party was cancelled due to not being able to run a party for under 10 year olds. I had booked the party 2 months prior & have written confirmation that the party was for 6-9 year olds. It’s also advertised on the website from 6 years old. The company are dishonest & are quite happy to take your money & let you down at the last minute. I would not touch this company unless you want to risk a lot of stress and upset.

Booked bubble football for my sons birthday with his football team. They had such a fantastic time. Christopher the host was brilliant with them, very funny and all the kids listened to him and his instructions. Booking was easy from start to finish and all details were sent over prior to the day. Would definitely book again in the future

Jamie made it super easy from start to finish. He was great with the kids and they had an absolute blast! It's fun to watch as well! All the kids said they loved it and had a great time - thanks so much

It was brilliant to be fair. Scott took care of us considering most of us were unfit blokes in our mid 30s (not me of course). Was definitely a great start to my brother's stag. Will definitely recommend for the future.

Fantastic fun, well organised, and hilarious entertainment and exercise for the teenagers at the party! highly recommend for 13- 14 year olds.

A great fun experience and everyone had a good time. The leader was fun and knowledgeable, he was happy to let us dictate what we wanted to do but still guided the activities. Brilliant.

This was really simple to book and organise, then on the day they took control. Our host was excellent with the kids, he made sure they knew exactly how to get in and out of the zorbs, made sure they were safe but that they also had loads of fun. Couldnt recommend this highly enough

AVOID! The initial enquiry to follow up call were quick and informative. They advised a £50 deposit and final payment was due 2 weeks prior to the event. Did the deposit and where awaiting confirmation that they could do the date in this case in Cardiff. This was 6 weeks before we were meant to go. 3 weeks in they still had not confirmed the booking, after chasing them they advised this can take up to 4 weeks. Which I found strange that a venue takes 4 weeks to confirm availability. Anyway week 4 came which has now hit the deadline of when then final payment was due however we were yet to have our confirmation of booking. I called on the day of the deadline expressing concerns that we still had not had confirmation of booking and we had reached the deadline, I said it wasn’t fair to ask for full payment if you couldn’t confirm our booking which she agreed and advised the person managing our booking would call tomorrow with confirmation. She called next day as her colleague said just saying I needed to pay in full to get the confirmation…. After speaking with a different person it turned out they had confirmation but missed the email.

Follow onto the day before, they sent me an agenda of our day on what we booked (zorbing and combat archery.) including address and number in case we were running late. All good.

Upon arrival at the site they had our booking and needed to fill in a few bits of paperwork. Then we were guided to our pitch which the games were on and our host would be there to greet us.

This was not the case sadly. The bow and arrows were scattered all across the pitch as if they had been used some of the bows and arrows were broken, as well as some of the zorbs being deflated. Our host arrived late and did not greet or introduce herself. She simply blew up the deflated zorbs and just said who wants to get in a zorb first. To which everyone got suited and she just stood in the corner. Did not create games or organise anything with us.

The final nail in the coffin was as we were leaving we saw the centre did the same package directly for £250 cheaper!

I would not recommend them, I may as well have just rented the equipment ourselves.
