Ford Spares Avis 

Purchased a used fiesta gearbox. Bearing collapsed after 600miles but outside of 3 month warranty. Now need another. My own fault for trying repairs on the cheap .The risk of buying used gearboxes. Stick to refurbished or potentially pay twice. A bitter lesson.

Zero star this company wasting time and money buy something to directly from the website after four day I contact them I ask where is my parcel actually they don’t know and they provide me fake tracking number be careful if you want to waste your time and money you can buy choice is yours.

ZERO STAR FOR SCAMMERS.. I found this company through ebay, I was looking to buy some car parts. I found what I needed, contacted the company and ordered few things. But instead of ebay payment they sent me secure payment link.. because I ordered parts by phone.. anyway few weeks later I finally got smallest and cheapest part. Now two months later I do not get my parts or no refund, they keep telling me lies, like their boss is on holiday so they can't give me a refund. What kind of rubbish is that, is atrocious and horrible company, I'm not stopping at that, I'm contacting police next. AVOID those scammers. Wish I paid through ebay, at least I could of got my money back...

Excellent service, ordered on Friday, delivered on Tuesday. The part was very reasonably priced and very easy to order.

Ordered a wheel for a fiesta gave them the tyre size and reg number you think great that was easy wrong they sent me wrong size wheel i phoned them and later got a nasty voicemail saying it was my fault i paid with credit card so i will let them sort it out terrible company

Grade a service ordered a turbo for my lltr fiesta on Wednesday had it bye the following day would use again

This company operates on EBay. They cannot be trusted. The item bought for nearly. £900 was not working once in the car and the RAC/AA said it’s the engine. They do not reply or give refunds.
Stay away from this company.

I was looking for a spare part for a very old car and not filled with much hope. I went through the BreakerLink website and within half an hour Ford Spares had found a part and gave a quote. It was followed up by a phone call from them. It was dispatched the same day using DHL. The car has now passed it's MOT.

Having been searching many different options to get my car stereo fixed or replaced out completely at dealerships, car stereo stores and places like ebay all being quoted prices from £200-£900. I then came across fordspares.co.uk and they had advertised the part I needed for £150, having never heard of them before I took a chance and ordered the part I needed. Delivery was quick and arrived 2 days after I placed the order and was delivered by DHL. I was not sure what to expect from the actual item I had ordered as I was taking a gamble with this, however having fitted the stereo unit to my car I now have a fully functioning stereo again.
So having taken a gamble and made a substantial saving in repair bills I would highly recommend using fordspares.co.uk and should I need to replace anything else I will be going straight to the website as my 1st port of call.

I have just received my 5 inch plastic moulding trim from ford,for my ford transit van..at a cost of £51.60!!!!! how on earth can ford justify the price of this????..for a 5 inch piece of plastic moulding!!!!!!.I find this price absolutely outrageous and utterly disgusting for a piece of trim that is tiny and made out of plastic!!!!!...mr m.jones

I ordered a part that is no longer available new. Although my order was acknowledged immediately, I received no further communication about its dispatch. When I emailed Ford Spares to enquire about it, I received a personal phone call with an apology and my item was sent immediately - I received it the next day. Whilst this was not perfect, I thought the company dealt with the problem very well and I am confident that I can order from them again in the future without a problem.
