Ordered on the 1st January and still nothing delivered coming up to two weeks. I understand weather conditions haven’t been great recently but it’s still far too long to wait

Thanks for the feedback, and apologies again for the prolonged delivery time. As discussed over email, the delay was due to a short backlog over the holiday period caused by delivery delays of our stock, and your order was sent as soon as we were fully operational again. We kept an eye on the tracking while Royal Mail collected it which was unfortunately after the weekend. We appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

Not received, no communication
Shipping says 2-3 working days it has now been a week and not received. No dispatch e-mail. Reached out to them via their website and e-mail separately to no avail. A shame really because this is a Christmas gift for a family member I am visiting abroad and was ordered well in advance and now I fear it won't be received in time.

Thank you for raising this, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused by the delay.
Due to very high demand over Black Friday, we temporarily ran out of a few different prints for tees and hoodies. All of our garments are printed in-house to maintain strict quality control, which means we don’t outsource or rush lower-quality replacements when stock runs out.
We have sent an email update regarding this delay, however it may have landed in a spam or promotions folder, but we appreciate that this isn’t ideal, especially given the timing. The replacement prints are now enroute to us, however their delivery to us has been delayed outside of our control. As soon as they arrive, all affected orders will be dispatched immediately. We are doing everything possible to ensure this happens before Christmas.
We completely understand how disappointing this is, particularly as the order was intended as a gift, and we’re sorry this experience hasn’t met expectations. If you’d like a further update or to discuss options, please contact me directly at morgan@fradime.co.uk and I’ll be more than happy to help.

Ordered the SMALL-TRADEMARK 2.0 HOODIE and I'm really impressed with the quality. It’s super thick, warm, and perfect for the colder weather. Delivery was quick and smooth too. I would definitely recommend!

Received a Used Item as New -UPDATED
Very disappointed with my first purchase from Fradime. I paid full price, but what I received was clearly used [opened packaging, missing tags, visible wear] Sending second-hand products while charging for new is dishonest and unacceptable.
First-time buyers should be treated with care, not misled. Unless this brand fixes their practices, I cannot recommend them.
**Update:** I wanted to update my original review to reflect how this situation was handled. After reaching out to customer support, Fradime responded and resolved the issue in a very professional way. They provided full store credit, expedited shipping for a new item, and even allowed me to keep the original item.
While my first delivery appeared to have been previously opened, I truly appreciate the way the company stepped in and made things right. Their customer service team handled the matter quickly and fairly, which shows they stand behind their customers.
Because of how they resolved the issue, I’m happy to give them another chance!

I apologise for your negative experience, our orders were placed on hold over the holiday period from when Royal Mail stopped delivering for Xmas, through until the 4th of Jan, we did send an email to notify and there was a note placed on the site, however you may not have seen either of these.
If the order was placed within this period, it will have been sent out as soon as we were back in the office, therefore I expect you have received this now?
I hope that the delay did not cause too much inconvenience for you, and I also hope you are happy with the items you have received.
