I'm sorry to hear you haven't had the best experience when buying from us.
at FRADIMÉ we always make sure to do everything we can to resolve any issues, however in this instance the delay was with the delivery courier and once we had spoken to them and figured out what had happened, the issue was resolved as promptly as possible.

Great service!
Item was showing as dispatched but Royal Mail not scanned into network. Spoke on live chat and they sent me another on special delivery to me on Saturday so that I could have ahead of a holiday. Great service!
