Fragrance Deliver SA Avis 

It was my first time purchasing on the site and I'm quite impressed. Delivery time was kept and communication was in check. I'm definitely going to buy again.

It's a fake, doesn't even last 1 hour

Great perfume as real as the original..The test was to let friends and family guess which was the expensive perfume and which was the 60% less one. They literally could not tell

I had cancelled my order and received a cancellation confirmation from fragrance deliver. I wrote to them and contacted them on WhatsApp. They refunded my amount after 2 weeks.
I didn’t use the product so can’t comment on that but the business seems genuine since they have returned my money.

I love my bag, it is elegant and a great size. Thank you again for excellent service!

Unprofessional they can't separate business and personal

I did not receive delivery due to order being out of stock... I'm still awaiting refund and fr fragrance to cancel my payflex payment plan on their side

The positive reviews on Trustpilot and on their website are as fake as the perfumes they claim are 'parallel imports'. Note that all the positive reviewers have only ever left one review - that for Fragrance Deliver SA.
Their perfumes are cheap and nasty knock-offs in cheap and nasty packaging.
Their refund/return policy is ludicrous - it requires fragrances to be unopened (how can one ascertain whether the fragrance is genuine or not without opening?); they reserve the right to approve or reject a refund; and they will charge a handling fee of R120 plus courier fees (by which time I may as well have spent the money purchasing a genuine product from a reputable store).
When I said I would expose them on social media, I was accused of blackmail and being unprofessional.
Don't waste your money.

In their response, Fragrance Deliver SA claim to have 'collected and sorted me out'. They neither collected, nor sorted me out, they kept denying any responsibility whatsoever.
I am not 'bad-mouthing' their business (nor 'savataging' it - whatever 'savataging' is). I am merely stating an unassailable fact - that their products are not genuine parallel imports, but shabby knock-offs.
And I am not alone in my experience, if one reads numerous other reviews...

We started on the wrong foot with the support team but I am shy to say the package shut me up. It is amazing. It is far too more than what I expected at the price I paid. I cannot set my eyes off the items on your website looking for other gem. I am recommending these guys but they still need to work on their communication service.

After paying for my order i received an email assuring me that there will be an email from the courier for delivery yet nothing is forthcoming after 9 days. i have tried to call Fragrance Delivery SA for a tracking number so that i could liaise with the courier company but the phone is not answered. In addition, i personally went to the local courier for assistance but my order is not there
