I bought Rasasi hawas sapphire, because I couldn’t find stock anywhere else. I’m based in CPT, I ordered on Sunday and received on Wednesday.
This is an honest review so if anyone is wondering if they’re legit or if they sell legit things, they do!!! And i’m a fragrance enthusiast. Great service, professional! And best of all the packaging was done so good, your perfume won’t get damaged at all and the presentation was proper! I got a free gift (decant) as well. Honestly had doubts bout ordering fragarance online but those doubts are gone.. and tbh I’m not ordering from anywhere else online in terms of fragrances again. 10/10 experience

Regarding the delivery, the additional fee was requested by the courier because the delivery address falls within a designated high-risk area. Our standard shipping covers the initial courier cost, but any high-risk area surcharge is determined by the courier and is unfortunately beyond our control.
As an alternative, customers can also choose PUDO Locker delivery at checkout, which is often a more cost-effective option and can help avoid additional high-risk delivery surcharges in some areas.

We also apologize for the delay in responding to your email. Unfortunately, we only became aware of it after resolving an issue that prevented some emails from reaching our inbox. As soon as we became aware of your email, we contacted you immediately to resolve the matter.
We have since reached out to you by both email and telephone and have also sent a follow-up WhatsApp message offering a resolution. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered to arrange collection of the item and provide a full refund, despite our standard policy regarding opened fragrances, because we acknowledge that the incorrect product was supplied by us.
